Due to the location of the park between the North Sea and the Veerse Meer, it is a perfect place, from where the fun authentic Zeeland places such as Veere, Domburg, Middelburg, Vlissingen, Zierikzee and Goes are less than a 20-minute drive away. And lots of water sports.

Kitchen: dishwasher, 4 burner hob (2021), extractor hood, combi oven (2021), kettle, 2 x coffee maker, toaster, crockery. The completely new bathroom has a toilet and rain shower.

Enjoy the sun, sea, beach and clean air. The villa overlooks the marina and Oosterschelde. For the water lover a nice park that you could be able to enjoy from and on the water. There is a children's playground and wave pool. Within walking distance are the other facilities restaurants, bowling, etc.

Bedroom (1,40x2,00m) with wash basin, small wet room with toilet and shower are also on the ground floor. In the attic there are two single beds that can be easily pushed together on the carpet if necessary. To the house belongs a terrace and a garden furnished with sun loungers, barbecue, table, umbrella and garden chairs.
