In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Cozy vacation apartment in Zoutelande!

Gezellige en fijne vakantiewoning in het mooie dorp Zoutelande! Het strand, de duinen en de gezellige dorpsstraat vind je allemaal binnen een loopafstand van 5 minuten. Kom genieten van zee, zand en zon en de mooie omgeving. Het kleine maar fijne appartement (25m2) beschikt over een aparte slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed (1.60 breed). Een woongedeelte met volledig ingerichte keuken met combimagnetron, koelkast, waterkoker en vaatwasser. Kleine badkamer met toilet, douche en vloerverwarming.

Tractor cabin

This basic but nostalgic 2 -person cabin with a view over the polder is a wonderful place to relax. From here you can cycle or walk to, for example, Veere, Domburg or Middelburg. Your private shower, toilet and spacious private kitchen/diner are 30 meters away from the hut. There are several holiday homes on the property. All guests have their own private place. Veerse lake and North Sea 4 km. Bed linnen is included. Pets are not allowed. The home owners live on the same property.

The vacation home is in a quiet neighborhood 600 meters from the beach. The cozy village center is about 300 meters walk, and the supermarket is also within walking distance. The car can be parked in the driveway. The sliding door at the front is the front door, the picnic table belongs to the cottage and at the back is a sheltered terrace with garden furniture. The bedrooms have box spring beds, and a crib can be added. High chair and stair gate, etc. are provided.

Elke's studio at the bottom of the dike

In a prime location just a stone's throw from the beach, you will find our small cozy double studio at the bottom of the dike. At the front, there is ample parking. Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

On the characteristic Herengracht in the center of Middelburg you will find Stadsdromer. Here you can retreat after a wonderful day in the beautiful city center of Middelburg or after a day on the Zeeland coast. This spacious room was completely renovated in 2020 and has a spacious bathroom with bathtub, kitchenette, sitting area and lovely bedroom. Furthermore, you can use free Wi-Fi. In short, at Stadsdromer, your stay in Middelburg will be unforgettable!

The price includes tourist tax and surcharges! The apartment is equipped with all comforts: the beds are made on arrival, there is a fenced backyard (the fence is 1.80 high) and a lockable terrace at the front. Well-socialized dogs are welcome! You can park for free at the apartment

Tiny House/Studio by the Sea

Ons Tiny House/Studio is speciaal ontworpen om tot rust te komen. Het mat gelakte hout en de sobere omgeving stralen kalmte uit. De ruimte is modern industrieel ingericht zonder al te veel afleidende elementen. Vanuit de ramen zie je de duinen en kan je ’s avonds de zon zien onder gaan. Door het raam aan de andere kant van de ruimte schijnt de ochtendzon je tegemoet. Je slaapt in dit Tiny House/studio op nog geen 500 meter van duinen, strand en zee.

DE ZEVENKLAPPER, sleeping by the sea.

The Zevenklapper is a 5-minute walk from the beach and boulevard and a 5-minute bike ride from the city center. Here you will find an Ibiza style guest suite for 2 people. Completed in June 2022. After waking up in the morning in the box spring, you can bake your croissants in your own kitchen. Drink a cup of coffee on your own terrace in the morning sun. Jump under the rain shower and discover what Zeeland has to offer. Life is so beautiful.

Domburg Outside! Peace and space. Beach 2 km.

At the edge of the picturesque village of Aagtekerke and only 2 kilometers away from Domburg, you can enjoy the panoramic view in our beautiful guesthouse. This has recently been completely renovated and meets all modern requirements. The beach is 2 kilometres away and is a 7-minute bike ride away. You can use a covered and lockable bicycle shed, where bicycles can also be charged. We also have 2 bicycles at your disposal.

De Eiken Balk

De Eiken Balk is een vakantiehuisje met een comfortabele inrichting. Een afgescheiden ligging qua privacy. Open vanaf juni 2021 Deze accommodatie biedt precies wat je als stel zoekt qua locatie en faciliteiten. Het huisje heeft een eigen oplaadpunt voor elektrische auto’s. De Eiken Balk ligt op 2 km van het strand en 650m van het winkelcentrum ( Jumbo, Lidl en Kruidvat)

Apartment Annabel is located next to a cozy detached house in Dishoek. We live a five-minute bike ride from the beach and have a beautiful view of the Zeeland countryside. Around the apartment is a terrace where there is a place in the sun all day (it is all around). In addition, you also have a nice view of the cozy garden from the apartment.
