Two separate rooms: a bedroom with a bed and a picturesque balcony on the facade, a living room with a sofa bed and a workplace. A minimalist kitchen with everything you need and a cozy combined bathroom. The apartment has fiber optic Internet, as well as a projector with the ability to connect to YouTube or streaming services. There are coffee shops and cafes on the street. The New Market and Book Market are within walking distance.

For your vacation, we offer comfortable 2-room apartments in our guest house on Kurskaya. We are located in a private sector between two attractions, the Black Sea and the Kuyalnik Estuary. Malibu beach is a 15-minute walk away, the descent is gentle, which is convenient for everyone and especially for those with children in a stroller. 900 m to the sea. There is a parking lot and a playground. Nearby there are Metro and Riviera shopping centers, Marseille mini market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

Nearby there is a shelter in the complex Kadorr - 150 m. 1st floor - full kitchen, bathroom, 2nd floor - spacious large sunny room (no doors), shower, place to work. Fast wi-fi, parking. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, couples with kid, those who appreciate the atmosphere of comfort, silence, greenery and walks to the sea.
