My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door. Small studio (18 m2), rated 2 stars, brand new (homestay). Furnished in the back part of my house , its private entrance is roadside, through the garden, with a lockbox. Its terrace is independent , so we don't have to meet . There is just a connecting door with my living room (of course locked) . It is located in a brand new subdivision (the little vineyard) in Niort, Cholette district.
