We had such a lovely stay, the place had so many little perks and was squeaky clean. We loved the terrace space and it seems so much thought was put into it (TV, fulled ice cube trays, extra throw blanket, etc). We already miss it! Thanks so much to our hosts.

We had a great stay in this apartment, perfect location for exploring La Rochelle. Despite being in the centre of town it was really quiet at night which was very helpful for our six month old baby (and us!) Would definitely recommend!

Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. Very clean, comfortable and well located accommodation in the center of Niort. The description is completely accurate; the apartment is a small, well-decorated and pleasant cocoon. The city center is a few minutes walk away . Note that Célia and her partner are particularly available and very responsive. They never fail to respond to a request. Many thanks to them.

Wonderful stay with my partner! The accommodation is as expected, very clean and in a good location. The sea view is simply splendid. Majid is very responsive and attentive, at the best! We would highly recommend it.

I had a very relaxing weekend at Jonathan's. A good walk around Lake Vouraie, 2 steps away, and concerts at the summer fire of St Prouant in the evening. The accommodation is ideal for sleeping in peace. Jonathan is straightforward in his instructions, which avoids misunderstandings. Maybe next time, Jonathan, thank you again!

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .

A great little corner of paradise in the quiet countryside! We were able to rest and enjoy the Puy du Fou, which is beautiful and 30 minutes from the rental We'll be happy to go back!

Julien is an exceptionally welcoming host. Her accommodation is atypical and original. Equipped with a sauna and a jacuzzi, it was a really relaxing moment more than welcome on our trip. Keep in mind the low ceiling height of the sleeping area. This can be a problem for people with back pain, for example. It didn't bother us and it was noted in the listing. I gladly recommend Julien's accommodation!
