Our cottage La Marceline, furnished in 2020, is located in a detached house facing south, open to a beautiful wooded area, in the heart of a small village. The living area of 60 m2 for 2 people consists of a very bright kitchen-living area, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In front of the house, a courtyard is available as well as a parking lot. For your short or longer stays, vacation or professional, you will find peace and comfort here!

Nice cozy little house in Melle, adjoining our house and on our property, but totally independent so that you are at home. Ideal for a couple or small family, a single person as well. Parking, wood stove, equipped kitchen, mezzanine (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom (shower). Small outdoor area with garden furniture. Close to the center, its amenities, hiking trails and the Saint-Hilaire Church (UNESCO).

An imposing gate provides access to the property at the end of a long private driveway lined with chestnut trees. Upon arrival, you will discover spacious and shaded parking. Pass the large red gate, and you find yourself in front of the main farmhouse, converted into several independent cottages, each with its entrance and overlooking a beautiful circular courtyard with a fountain in its centre.

A l’abri des regards, derrière une porte discrète, se cache un lieu dédié aux esprits libres et aux plaisirs assumés, pour ceux qui pourraient se reconnaître dans la philosophie du marquis de Sade. Selon lui : « Le plaisir est toujours légitime et il n’est pas de passion plus vive que celle de satisfaire ses désirs. »

La Roseraie is a rustic, characterful gite accommodating up to 6 guests set within 2 acres of land. Relax by the 10x5m heated salt water pool with open views across the countryside. The pool may be shared with other guests. The gite has a private enclosed garden to the rear with seating / bbq area. Free Wifi, TV, private parking. Bed linens, towels/pool towels are all provided free of charge.

The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
