Nice apartment with comfy beds and everything you need. In a great location in Richmond, good for trams etc. Some brief noise from people outside on Friday/Sat nights but to be expected in the location.

I loved this place - it's full of character, with a beautiful layout, comfy rooms and bedding, an excellent parking space and Rebecca's thoughtful hosting with a little note to us, set up to be nice and warm on arrival and with great kitchen basics and treats especially for us. My husband enjoyed reading about the history of the building - it is particularly remarkable that it remains amongst the high-rise apartments surrounding it. How special to have open space and trees enclosed on the property!

Ashlea’s place was exactly as shown in the pictures though still managed to exceed our expectations. She went beyond providing just the essentials and directed us personally into the garage and car park to avoid any confusion. The space was clean and inviting, extremely spacious and took us no time to feel right at home. All the amenities and products you could possibly need (and then some) were provided for and easily accessible. The train station and supermarkets were also no more than a 5 minute walk. Ashlea was very responsive and aided us with any questions we had during our stay. 10/10 would and do plan on staying again!

Super friendly and responsive hosts, and the place was perfect for what I needed! It was great having somewhere to park my car that was safe, secure and easily accessible, which is important when you’re a car guy. Would definitely stay again when I’m in Melbourne.

Great location to explore Melbourne, only a ten minute tram to CBD. Plenty of food options in local neighbourhood, supermarkets very close by. Spacious apartment perfect for a stay of a week we had, to cook, relax etc. host was always quick to reply and very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, many thanks!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is centrally located and has spectacular views of the city. highly recommend.

Sofia’s house is neat and attractive inside. The bathrooms were appealing with excellent showers. The bedrooms were large. The mattresses in the front two bedrooms were quite firm. The oven and stove top worked well. There was a small but well chosen selection of cooking utensils. We particularly liked the cleaver with its broad, sharp blade. We thought the addition of wine glasses and mugs (there were cups and saucers) would be welcome. There was air con in the lounge which worked well. The yard was great for our chihuahua. A couple of issues arose but Sofia responded immediately and rectified them. Overall we were very happy with our stay at Sofia’s.

A unique and perfect venue for our bucks party weekend. Was able to hold the amount of people we had with no issues and had everything we needed for the night. Matt was very responsive and accomodating and we’ll definitely be using the space again in the future.

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

We enjoyed our stay at Ben’s place greatly! It was in a very convenient location with many supermarkets and restaurants in a big mall nearby. Location made it an easy drive to yarra valley for day trips and we loved coming back to the very well equipped house to enjoy the games and entertainment at the end of the day. The house was nice and clean and was the ideal set-up for a dream family vacation home. Ben was a very responsive and communicative host. It definitely ranks among the best Airbnb stays we’ve had!

We stayed at Jonathan’s house for two nights whilst we were in town for a function. Check in was very easy, made so by the instructions provided by Jonathan prior to arrival. The place was very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were clean, water pressure and temperature were perfect which is sometimes hit and miss, but not at Jonathan’s! Everything needed was supplied, the 4 bedrooms a bonus if you have a larger group staying. Went for a walk around the area, be careful those hills will get you as we found out! Overall an amazing place to stay, no dramas or issues to raise, we will definitely be keeping this on our list of places for where to stay when in town.

Matt was an amazing host. We cannot thank Matt enough for an amazing stay. We had to relocate from home due to insurance needing to complete repairs and we felt so comfortable and right at home at Matt’s place. There was a slight issue upon checking in but Matt was at the house within 10 minutes to rectify it. Cannot recommend the home enough, clean, spacious, centrally located in a quiet street. Everything was 10/10. Thanks Matt!

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

Great location to access tennis , docklands , city , trains Comfortable bed , 2 TV’s & well appointed kitchen . Would definitely return

We had the best stay at Tamara's place. It was very clean and tidy. The location is great! Located really close to the city and also has numerous tram routes right outside to take you many places around Melbourne. Kitchen has absolutely everything you could need for cooking too. The apartment is full of a beautiful art throughout, heaps of books and even a piano! Check in instructions were super clear! Overall we loved our time at this airbnb 😃

Great apartment in a good location close to the CBD. We appreciated having cooking facilities to make breakfast, and chilled out in the living room after a long day walking around Melbourne. Highly recommended.

Stayed for the F1 race with a few friends. Great location. Walking distance to the race, plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice rooftop with great view. And friendly host. 👍🏻

Sneha's place is spacious and its location fits perfectly what we needed. Some of the house rules, such as the requirement to vacuum the floor and remove linen on departure were somewhat out of the ordinary.

Great location, perfect for our weekend in Melbourne, close to public transport. Ilayda was a really responsive host, great at communicating, and helpful.
