The home is a 20 minute drive from Vik, where you can get groceries and restaurants, but it's a beautiful drive so we didn't mind it at all. We sat and watched the sky change over the fjord every morning.

We loved our stay at Siv's house and would definitely stay there again. The views across the fjord were stunning and the peace and privacy were marvellous. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It is a great area to explore. We went across as foot passengers on the small car ferry from the village of Solvorn to Urnes to visit the UNESCO Urnes Stavchurch, went on a walk up to Jostedalsbreen Glacier, and there are some fantastic mountain hikes close by.

Roar was very helpful and responsive The place was amazing and had everything we needed from it, for the restaurants and groceries you had to drive only for 8 minutes which is easy I liked the place and I would recommend it for anyone

Beautiful stay in a typical Norwegian house, built by the host, with a beautiful view of the fjord. The host was very helpful and friendly, he allowed us to stay in the largest house at the same price perino. Very cozy house and in the morning the host gave us homemade bread. The accommodation is great, beautiful view of the fjord, very comfortable and clean. Our only downside is that we had the children's rooms rather than the adult rooms to sleep in. Thank you Henriette for your hospitality

The small, remote hut was perfect for switching off and relaxing. The surroundings are beautiful - lots of nature and a fantastic lake nearby. I felt very comfortable and highly recommend the place.

We stayed 8 days in Tore and Ann Turids Boathouse with our dog Smilla and our 13 months old daughter. Ann Turid was very kind and always quick in answering our questions. The house is well equipped and it is a magnificent scenery from the house. The weather was a little bit rough sometimes thats why we could not use a boat. Ann Turid was so kind to organize a nice boat trip with a very experienced and nice local fisher called Rune. Rune visited us after the boat trip on the boardwalk to give us tipps for fishing. We loved the area and the peacefulness of this lovely spot. We took a walk up to Kronknappen mountain on a good day. We love to come again.

We really enjoyed the 5 nights we spent at Kristin's and her family's place. The place is charming, it is a small old-fashioned country house on the shores of a lake, and there are quite a few hikes to do around (found on the ut point no site). Kristin took the time with her husband and children to take us to feed the alpacas and goats and answer my many questions about her breeding, it was a very interesting time and the animals are very cute. The house is equipped with all the essentials and even more; we were even able to make waffles in an electric waffle iron:D Finally, we are very grateful that she trusted us to bring our dog to her farm, when it could be stressful for her animals. Authentic stay 100% recommended

A house with a stunning view!! The location is perfect, with a supermarket right behind you. The hosts are extremely friendly and ready to help with anything. The place is fully equipped with everything you might need. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

Legit one of the best Airbnb experiences. Florence has a wonderful home and we were so happy to experience this amazing place, with the unique location and surrounding area. Our stay reminded me of why Airbnb initially was such a great thing. No Hotel bullshit, no sterile environment, no loveless furnished apartment that makes you want to leave right away. Florence‘s warm and welcoming house invites you to feel at home instantly. You can’t wait to come back after a long day outside in the beautiful nature. Cute, cozy cabin right on a gorgeous lake with a million dollar view. I know it's cliché but, the pictures absolutely do not do justice to what the view is actually like. Just perfect! The cabin is far enough from town to feel remote but close enough to town to take care of any grocery or dining needs.

Such an amazing location in Olden and we loved being right on the water. Couldn’t think of a better place to stay. We loved spending time outside in the jacuzzi and using the fire pit. The town is nearby and the home included everything we needed.

Very nice and well equipped apartment with 100% privacy. Francesco and Michelle were always immediately available. 😊 We felt comfortable. It's less than a 5 minute walk from the harbor, which was perfect for us.
