100 år gammel hytte med smårutete vinduer og bjelker i taket. Men det er også trådløst internett, wc og kjøkken fra 2000-tallet. Stor hage med plaskebasseng. Plen til fotball, badminton, krokket, frisbee eller annet. 800 meter å gå til velholdt, offentlig badestrand (Aksnesstranda). Alternativt kan en kjøre dit. Fin utsikt over fjorden. På andre siden av gjerde kan det være hester, sauer eller geiter. Hagen har urter, blomster, bær og frukt, og det er bare å smake når de er modne.
