The bathroom is small. It has a toilet, sink and a primitive hand shower. New wood stove 2025. Rural, but only 16 mins. to drive to the city's restaurants and attractions.

Førsteetasjen i en sjarmerende villa fra 1912. Moderne, varmt og bekvemt, så vi beholder komforten, men med tydelige spor av gammel stil. Huset ligger i en rolig blindgate, et steinkast bak rådhuset. Setter du deg ute i gården med en kaffe, kan du nyte morgensolen og synet av rådhuskuppelen. Det er bare ett hus mellom Laurentzes hus og kinoen. Vil du ha en frokost i det grønne, kan du lage deg en kaffe på kjøkkenet, og spasere to minutter bort i Byparken og nyte den på en grønn benk der.

Relax with family/friends in idyllic surroundings Overlooking a small pond, sheep in the fields and beautiful birdsong, this is a place where you will find peace and quiet. There is plenty of space for play, bonfire and barbecue. There are good sun spots around the entire cabin. 15-30 min by car to all attractions on Haugaland. For grocery shopping, the convenience store in Slåttevik is recommended, which is only 4 minutes away by car.

Stay in a new, modern apartment with a central location, only about a 10-minute walk to the center. Haugesund Hospital is a 5-minute walk. The house is in a peaceful setting by the fjord surrounded by grazing animals. You can easily go fishing with the boat, go hiking or enjoy a quiet evening the hot tub. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå and it is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
