Nice convenient place to stay especially if traveling for work.

The place was really nice and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The area is nice and my friend and I felt comfortable and welcome.

I don’t know why anyone would stay at a hotel when this place exists! Perfect location for doing things in Hattiesburg. Gavin was super responsive and helpful. Very well decorated and spacious place. I was very comfortable here and would absolutely look to stay again.

This was perfect for what we needed and I am grateful to the hosts for being flexible with our check in and check out. I highly recommend this for a couple staying in hattiesburg.

It was our first time to visit Hattiesburg and our stay at Jarrod’s place was a perfect location, just a few blocks from downtown. The industrial historic building has been updated with modern amenities to make your stay so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we got dreamy sleep with the soft sheets and comfy bed, and the space was super clean. Highly recommend!

You will get what is described in the listing, I did not use the kitchen other than the refrigerator for drinks. It is not far from everything, especially the zoo. I was in for USM graduation and it filled my needs. I would recommend it for a stay.

If I could give this home a million stars I would! This was by far our favorite air b&b we have ever stayed in. It was in pristine condition everything was spotless and stocked with everything I needed to cook, entertain, even go fishing if we chose. The extra snacks and meals, the box in the bathroom for forgotten items, first aid kit, warming blanket, laundry soap - the only thing was I guess the cleaning supplies were locked away? The dinosaur room really sold us our 2 year old absolutely loved it. I do wish there was more for him to do maybe a small play area in the fence in backyard but it was no big deal. He was entertained enough with the older boys. The grill and outside patio was perfect for entertainment and grilling. We enjoyed steak and playing card games by the fire. The older boys enjoyed the boat. Nice touch having solar panel to charge it. VERY clear instructions on operating it. We stayed to spend time with extended family and most definitely will be back.

I have found ANOTHER gem for my family and I to stay! Both Tina and Jeff were absolutely amazing and friendly! Tina made us felt welcome from start to finish. She checked on us daily and making sure that we had everything that we needed. There were refreshments for us and the home was so comfortable and it really does feel like home! Whenever my family and I are back in the Hattiesburg-Petal area, we will stay again! I highly recommend Tina and Jeff!

Andrew was super responsive and a wonderful host Conveniently located close to the hospital.

This place is a 10 out of 10. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but still only mere minutes from food, attractions, campus, shopping, etc. The house was very charming, with very comfortable beds and was the perfect place to rest and relax after long convention days. Laurie went above and beyond to make sure check-in was seamless and that my stay was perfect. I will definitely stay here again if I have to be in town overnight in the future. Thank you Laurie for making this visit relaxing, safe and enjoyable!

It’s hard to explain how perfect this property was for my daughter’s bachelorette trip consisting of all of our lifelong and church friends. From checking in to check out, everything was absolutely perfect and there was so much couldn’t believe how spacy it was! To top it off every amenity you could imagine was included with more than enough, tableware towels, etc. I’m so thankful we found and booked your property ❤️ you gave this weekend the perfect atmosphere for everyone!
