Holiday rentals with a patio in Forsyth County

Jeff was a great, super responsive and flexible host. The loft is HUGE and was a great location for us to wander around downtown WS while attending events at Wake Forest Univ.

Justin's property was such a good pick for our weekend getaway! The place was spotless and very quiet! We felt right at home and had a few hidden gems close by that we enjoyed. All three host were very responsive and gave us clear easy instructions. I will Glady stay here again!

I was in Winston Salem for a weeklong workshop at Salem College, and chose David's home to stay. The apartment was very convenient to my location and everything in town. It was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and the kitchen allowed me to have and take meals during my busy schedule. The appliances are nice, everything works well and the beds were comfortable. Getting inside with the keyless lock was a little tricky initially. David responded right away and even came over to check it. Once I learned how to use it, it was fine. The home is on a busy street and there was some noise from the street in the evenings, but I mostly only heard it in the living room. The larger bedroom and bathroom were peaceful and the shower worked great; I suggested improving the function of the shower head in the smaller bathroom with the tub. It works fine as a shower wand, but didn't stay upright as a shower head; should be a fixable issue. Thanks for a great stay, would stay again.

We needed a place to crash for the night after a nearby wedding, and this house fit the bill. Very basic furnishings but that is all we needed. Everything was very clean, and the beds, linens, and towels were all comfortable. A little noisy outside because the house is close to a main road. Pullout sofa was fairly comfortable if you need to use it.

Great place. Nice front porch. Dog friendly. Overall great experience for my first time using this service. Thanks you for a great experience and visit.

It was a lovely place, clean and quiet. I did not like that we didn’t have full access to everything and the front desk seemed not to know we were renting. Other than that I would highly recommend it. Place is clean, looks like pictures and close to a lot of stuff.

The cottage was cozy, neat and exactly what my husband and I needed for a weekend getaway! The space is perfectly sized for a single traveler or a couple. We had a small issue with the hot tub and Scott got back to us and solved it quickly, which we really appreciated! Overall, was so peaceful, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This place is amazing! Just far enough out of town, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for! The hosts are friendly and helpful. Everything inside and outside was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Very spacious with room to spread out. We loved the little outdoor patio set with the view of the woods. So many amenities. Easy to prepare our own meals and comfortable for relaxing. Great neighborhood to take a walk in the evening. We were able to feel as comfortable as home for our five nights stay. A really great comfortable bed as well! There is not one thing that I would change about this place. No complaints, only praise for the place they provide! We would definitely go back if we’re in the area! Loved it!

Edgars property was perfect for my family of 6 and dog! The space was clutter free, clean, and so worth what we paid. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everywhere we needed to be. If we had any questions, Edgar was quick to respond and resolve. Would definitely love to stay here again.

My family just left the home. We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful and located by everything we needed for our trip. The house is very clean and has such a beautiful style. He felt right at home staying there. Our kids even said when we come back to North Carolina can we stay there again? And the answer is of course! We highly recommend the house.

Great home, perfect for our weekend trip for four people. Everything was clean and well maintained. The communication was excellent, the hosts were proactive about reaching out to ensure everything was going smoothly. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. There are so many restaurants within a short distance that it was hard to pick one.

This house was great! It was exactly as described. We felt right at home and it was perfect for us. It was less than 10 minutes to downtown and Old Salem. The neighborhood was very quiet. Natalie was very helpful. We would stay there again if we are back in the area!

The house was perfect for my group. easy in and easy out. my questions were answered immediately and the host was the most responsive that I've ever dealt with. will diffinely use again next yr when I'm back in area

Perfect spot to stay for my surgery at Novant! plenty of space. squeaky clean. extra things incase you forgot like toilet paper. paper towels. little shampoo conditioner face wipes toothbrushes. owner went over and beyond to make this the perfect spot for my surgery . allowing our dog took so much stress off us! location is fantastic to stores snd restaurants I am a germaphobe and the house was so clean! she also provided a kurig with coffee. creamer and bottled water. 4 smart TVs. one in each bedroom plus living room. all linens provided, towels wash cloths extra sheets. queen beds 1 serta bed and 2 memory foam . we slept well on them! comfortable. nice linens. I would absolutely stay here again! Host was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Thank you for allowing us to stay and taking some stress off us during this difficult time.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

Tiffany was a great host! Responded quickly when needed. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Karim gave clear instructions. Check in was easy. He messaged me to check in with me after we had arrived and to see if we needed anything. I received a call during our stay that my dad who had been battling cancer had taken a turn for the worse so we had to change our reservation and leave a few days early to get home. Karim was very accommodating and he changed my reservation quickly after I reached out and refunded the days we didn’t stay. I was able to make it home in time to say goodbye to my dad. We will definitely rent from Karim again!!

Very quiet and peaceful. Responded quick to our questions. Had everything we needed too. Also a cool little balcony to chill at!

I absolutely loved my stay. The condo was bigger than I thought it’d be. Super clean. I felt very safe. Area is diverse and centrally located. The wrap around porch with rocking chairs was such a plus. It’s quiet and serene and the space is super cozy and clean and has everything you would need.

We liked the apartment, enjoyed the balcony and The Factory's interior garden. It is a spacious place with large bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and provided good recommendations for local restaurants. She was also supportive when we had to change plans. Kernersville downtown is very small, but has a few good coffee shops, a bakery with delicious cupcakes, the Founders Park has a pond with colorful fish, and a beautiful botanical garden, all in walking distance from the apartment. Thank you for hosting us!
