The apartment is located on the ground floor at the back of the house and is very quiet. The balcony is also on the quiet back side and has sun all day. Während meinen Reisen um die Welt vermiete ich meine gemütliche Stadtwohnung zwischen dem Zentrum Leipzigs und dem Clara-Park. Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

Furthermore, this district has a very good infrastructure.
