Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Walking distance to train station with superb communications as well as excellent bike paths into Malmö. Just outside the residence there is also a bus stop where you can easily take you into Malmö via bus. It's a perfect base for recharging the batteries. The space has what you need to feel at home as a fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, and comfortable workspaces for those traveling for work

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, comfortable space In the area, there are good transport links and proximity to shops as well as Jägersro Center. Bus line 5 that takes you all the way into Malmö Centrum (15-26 minutes). but also to Rosengård Tågstation (8 minutes) which takes you to Hylliestation and famous Emporia in 15 minutes and also to Malmö Central Station in 17 minutes. Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.
