The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Cool little beach house in awesome location! Only a 5 min walk to the beach, estuary, kids park and bike track, and a 2 min walk to the local cafe. Two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with a double bed, and a sleepout with 2 single beds. Modern bathroom and all new furniture. DVD library available for the rainy days and bodyboards for when you hit the beach. Two outdoor living areas with a BBQ, Pizza Oven and a great Spa Pool! Fully fenced section with secure off street parking.

We have 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and the third with four single beds (these are both bunks), an open plan living space and a sunroom with bifold windows allowing you to enjoy those sunny Foxton beach days We have a fully fenced section, with lots of toys, kids DVDs, and beach gear making this a perfect set up for those with kids All linen is provided (folded on beds), guests can make up the beds of their choice.

Beach Dreams

This property is cosy, and tidy. Great amount of room outside for the kids to run around. Its only a 5 minute stroll, to beach, park and shop. We live in the front of the property, the bach is behind the garage so its private and you will not see much of us, but we are there if needed. You will need to drive past our home in order to get to the bach. The property is only suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. We do not accept same day check-ins.

Pet friendly, fully fenced, 4 bedrooms plus study home located about 20 minute's walk to the beach, the local store/takeaway, the Cosie Club where you can enjoy a drink and a meal, the tennis court, the skate park and the playground. The property is fully fenced with a lovely front private courtyard as well as a back yard. The kitchen/dining/lounge space is open plan with TV and air conditioning. Good off-street parking. No use of the garage.
