Family-friendly holiday rentals in Franco da Rocha

The apartment is good like all the ones in the ensemble, we have already been to others before. The features of the place in terms of gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish excellent. The apartment has a large sofa bed and a room with a bed. It does not have a dryer, only washing machine and the host even though we stayed for several days, just gave us a towel to each one, which was certainly a little awkward. Otherwise, the place is very good. Recommended (bring towels)

Fantastic house. Structured and very safe because it is in a gated community. Great location, comfort and very complete. We were very well received at check-in and had a wonderful time. We will definitely return. Rodrigo was very flexible and proactive. We are very satisfied.

I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

All according to description and photos. Clear, airy, organized, clean environments. Got it all! All practical and functional. Our family, loved. Everyone wanting to go back. I've been there, really worth it, for the host, home, and location!

I loved the accommodation, the space and the region. I intend to return more often, it is undoubtedly a special place in the city of São Paulo. Mariana is a wonderful host, welcoming me and willing to give good tips. Finally, the cottage is charming, comfortable and has a lovely garden. Not to mention the gazebo next to the house, giving an extra charm to the whole experience.

Communication with Caesar was excellent, always quickly answered! Your place is amazing , the super charming and cozy container, very complete, with some useful little things that we can use and was super clean! The outdoor area is wonderful , sound of birds, visit of monkeys in the trees, a relaxing weekend!

The apartment is located in a hotel, with super attentive and receptive staff, has parking and the hotel's receptionist performs the check in, hands over the access cards to the elevators and also the key to the apartment. Local extremely clean and the next day cleaned and cleaned up the apartment. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you.

The house is extremely comfortable, meeting all expectations. Beautifully airy area, all rooms with bathrooms, pool area and charming garden. Amauri is extremely kind, polite and super willing to help with both home care and city recommendations. Next to Hopi Hari too, which helped a lot! Whenever you travel with friends, the house will be the first option! Beautiful house, well cared for and the owners are wonderful and super capricious and worried. I highly recommend mil!!!

We had an unforgettable weekend! The house is truly a movie house, every corner extremely well decorated and with stunning architecture. The sofa with the fireplace next to it made our nights with friends seem like they came straight out of a movie. The property's grounds are huge and the garden is very well maintained. We used the large lawn between the trees to drink wine and paint pictures of 16 girls, where else would that be possible? 😍 We hired the caretakers' service and they kept the house organized over the weekend and cooked for us! We don't care about anything. We're definitely going back!

SIMPLY Perfect ... Mr. Paulo left us welcome with your kindness always answered immediately. After the reservation Mr. Paulo showed us the details of the house and tips of the City , communication was very easy to enter and leave the house with the Ordinance . The house is wide, very ventilated, comfortable beds, showers ok , it was impeccable with cleanliness and organization. House with all necessary items. Landscape and Wonderful Pool. We don't have to leave for anything from the house there is everything there. We had an amazing weekend. Gratitude for making our family happy🙏.

Very well equipped house in very quiet place. It was very easy to get to. The house has independent rooms what was great. A very well equiped kitchen. The host is very friendly and responsive. It has a nearby supermarket and the delivery services worked very well. I very much recommend it

We went in 4 couples and two children and the house served us very well. It is in a gated community, secure and at the very top of the condominium. But as it is all asphalt it is quiet to arrive. It is important to take everything because there is no market nearby, just a little convenience store at the beginning of the condominium. The house is very large, new TVs, new refrigerators, new stove. The house was clean, the grass cut, and the garden and pool lighting at night are quite beautiful. There are two houses on the same plot, one very close to the other what we think is great!! It had all the comfort we needed and Elvis welcomed us very well upon arrival!! Felipe tb was a great host. It's not close to the city but my family and I really liked the condominium and the house. I recommend!!
