The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

The house exceeded expectations, if the photos already stand out, in person it is even better. The view from there is also incredible and the pool is wonderful, too bad we went in the winter and it was very cold, but we still went in it haha It is a very nice and very spacious farm, with several rooms to enjoy. Wonderful location, beautiful landscape, easy to access. We took 40 minutes to return to São Paulo. Quiet Recanto, great house, large, accommodates everyone. Clean and fragrant sheets and towels. Sala, large kitchen with quality appliances. Very good leisure area with barbecue, Tennis Table and Pool. Everyone liked it a lot. I recommend it to everyone to enjoy a quiet place and home with quality.

Marcio's house is a find: both in terms of landscape and comfort. Its location allows for privacy, the enjoyment of a bucolic and memorable view, as well as having all the amenities to enjoy all of this, whether inside or outside the building. Márcio was very attentive from the beginning, always communicating and offering support, he did not miss anything, especially with the support of the caretaker Maurilio, who was always very polite, courteous and helpful. The property is surrounded by forest, a very large main house, several utensils, a full kitchen, comfortable rooms, a large living room. Ideal for large groups, friends or family. The barbecue and pool area is not attached to the main house and as it was cold we ended up not using it, but it is a very nice area. The edicule is simpler and the standard of the rooms is lower than that of the main house. The stay was very good and we liked it a lot. Angela also always responded to us super fast and the check-in and checkout process was very easy. Very quiet location, it is recommended to have a car available for transportation or to pick up items at the market or restaurants, the app accepted rides, but with a little difficulty. If you are looking for a house for a large group (+- 10 people), I highly recommend it!

It was one of the best accommodations I've ever made! The house not only matches the listing but delivery even more. Kitchen and leisure area super-equipped, clean and organized. Super clean bathrooms, impeccable linens and bathrooms. Standout for the homemakers who were very kind, friendly, attentive and discreet, at no time did they take away our privacy. Comfortable, beautiful space, catering very well to groups who just want to stay, rest or use the house for meetings. Everything worked very well without any incident or unforeseen event. No doubt I will stay again and are more than recommended!

Grace is an excellent host. From the beginning, with great communication, he sent us explanatory videos of the way, how to enter the place, tips on what we could do. When we arrived at the place, she was pestering us not to receive her in person. As we got on the bus, there was a delicious smell. Everything is arranged and cared for in the smallest details. We had an issue with the power outage, but we were promptly in contact to be able to resolve it as quickly as possible. And on top of that, it increased our check-out time due to what happened.
