House holiday rentals in Franklin County

I couldn't be more pleased with my first AirBnB stay. The place was clean, inviting, and well-stocked. I wasn't expecting spices, dog toys, dog bowls, dog cot, etc. The fully fenced in yard, lake access, available kayaks, and privacy are the only things I wanted and this place sure supplied! the hot tub, outdoor shower, and firepit were huge bonuses. Also, met and talked with the neighbor who is super friendly 😉 I stayed alone the first half with my dogs and got my peace in. The second half a couple girl friends joined and we thoroughly enjoyed paddling out the this little island and throwing rocks, trying to fish, etc. Enjoying using the coloring supplies, games, and grill as well! It did storm most of the week, but even that was enjoyable! 10/10 experience for us all.

Zach was amazing, he was very respectful and helped with anything needed. His house was so cozy and the perfect get away to take a breath and relax. The pool is amazing and the staff is all friendly. Our family had a great time.

Tyler’s place was nice and comfortable. Clean beds and couches. We had a large group. My sisters and I planned on cooking daily. When I notified Tyler that one of the burners was not working he sent a maintenance employee to check it out. A new stove was installed for us to use. The children enjoyed riding their bikes in the neighborhood and wanted to get in the pool but it was too cold. We have to plan another trip. Christmas was fun at this house . Thank you Tyler for being such an awesome and responsive host!

Our family was looking for a nice place to stay near Athens for our oldest daughter's graduation from the University of Georgia and we found Southern Grandeur was open for the long weekend. It was the perfect location for our family which inclmy parents who stayed with us. Located about 20 minutes from Athens, we were able to get in and out of the hustle and bustle of graduation weekend easily with minimal traffic. The house is a beautiful restored home on the National Historic Registry - but it also had modern amenities like a pool and a great air conditioner. Added bonus was the Sonos music system throughout the house. While close to Athens, the town of Commerce was a great place for us to enjoy as well. The 1818 Brewery was about 100 yards from the home as was the full commercial district. We could walk down to Diesel Doughnuts for breakfast and coffee as well as visit the local bike shop, Suburban Cycles. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes up!

This farmhouse vacation was the best our family has experienced so far. We have stayed at over 15 rentals via this platform and others but by far this was the best. If Amy could have controlled the weather, then the trip would have been unbelievable. The house has everything a person needs to stay comfortably. The location is peaceful. The animals come up to the fence each morning and night and allow you to pet them. One horse wants all the attention....lol. The donkeys allow you to give them love too. The house had a full kitchen, a bar area, large living room and 4 beautiful and well-furnished bedrooms. The pool was nice but only used 3 days since we had rain most days. If a person has a small group of 10ish people, this is the perfect house for you. The small neighboring towns have things to see and do. So many waterfalls in the area. You definitely won't be disappointed if you choose to go to Seneca and stay at this house. Amy, thank you for sharing your home!

Tammy and her house were absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for anything we needed. The home was fully stocked and had tons of extras. This place inside and out is gorgeous and the pictures just don’t do it justice. The pool and spa were both very relaxing and very well maintained. We definitely plan on coming back whenever we are in the area again. Paddling and kayaking the lake right from the dock was a huge plus. If you ever visit Lake Hartwell - I 100/10 recommend this place!

Such a BEAUTIFUL home! The scenery was so peaceful, the home was absolutely beautiful, and the pool felt great! We can’t wait to visit again!

Had a lovely weekend in Hartwell and Tranquil Hart. The backyard was fantastic and we loved sitting around the huge fire pit! Beds were comfortable and we ended up having pretty much everything we needed, although the kitchen was lacking a couple basic supplies (spatula, cutting board). I would definitely return when I am back in the area because I have family in town. It would be nice to visit in the summer and take a dip in the pool! There was ample space for parking, which was great for us since we had three different couples meeting up, each with our own vehicles.

We booked late and arrived late , woke up the next morning to a beautiful lake view . Trailer parking for our jet skis boat ramp is directly across the lake 5 min drive. Dock accommodated our 2 jet skis just fine deep clear water didn’t disappoint. Host was super responsive the air conditioning had some issues our host had someone out within 2 hours we were enjoying the lake so no problem there. We will be renting this house again soon.

Our family had a great time at the lake house! The house is beautiful and is stocked with everything you need. We had a great weather to enjoy the kayaks, paddle boards and the fire pit. The pool table was a nice addition as well. We will definitely be back and will recommend this listing to our friends. Linton Realty gave us very clear instructions and were very responsive.

We had a great vacation weekend. The place was just like the Pictures had described great instructions. Everything that we needed to stay & to get into the property-was on our instruction sheet We love that the dock was able to hold our boat while we were there

Our stay was wonderful! The majority of our stay was outside of the property. We had a 3 day/3 destination family reunion in the area. However, it was nice to come, “home,” to our secluded sanctuary. The space was wonderful, pure tranquility. The lake is beautiful! The walk to the lake is nice. Not as difficult for some as described. Back to the house isn’t either. Just a little more breath and glute muscle involved. You’ll feel it in the morning for sure. ;-) I would definitely recommend!

Great experience, super clean spacious and had everything we needed!

This was a lovely location with plenty of space for our group. Everything was clean and stocked. The host was very communicable, helpful and easy to work with. We will be back next year and highly recommend it!

This was our second stay using Linton Realty for a property on Lake Hartwell. They communicate clearly & make each stay great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved it! The house was a cozy lakeside retreat—perfect for a relaxing mini getaway. The decor was adorable, especially the wallpaper, which added a charming touch to the space. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay super comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful weekend escape!

What a magical place!! My wife and I were looking for a simple getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Just pulling up and seeing all the animals, I knew we would be in for a treat. Pretty much all sides of the house have a view of one or many animals around your property and all of the animals we met were so very friendly. We will be brining our family back in the not too distant future and have to give a shout out to Michelle for being such a fantastic host and helping to make this place so a unique experience 😁

Lakeview Lodge did not disappoint! Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The house provided fun on the lake, a ton of games, and was a drivable distance to fun day trips to Helen, Hartwell, Toccoa and Brasstown. All of our thanks to the hosts for providing a clean, cozy and comfortable stay!

Perfect home for a family or group. Very spacious and clean, fully stocked kitchen we cooked dinner every night! The dock was perfect for tanning and swimming, our daughters also loved the kayaks and paddle board. Very peaceful location. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a lake trip! We really enjoyed staying here. It was close to the lake and the pool was perfect for the kids. I would 100% stay here again.
