Waterfront holiday rentals in Franklin County

I’m late leaving this review but we had a wonderful stay. The place looks brand new, sparkling clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Craig and Janet couldn’t have been more friendly. We ran into Craig a few times around the property and had a really great time talking to him. We brought the boat and spent most of our days on the water. From a boating perspective, the dock is at the back of a quiet deep water cove. No worries whatsoever about water level or any kind of wake roughness, and it’s right around the corner from 18 mile creek access so drop in and take out is a breeze. It was a perfect place to retreat back to after a long day on the water. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Janet and Craig again!

Well, I didn’t personally stay at Sharon‘s place, but my mom did and she couldn’t have had more positive things to say about this property. It will be her new go to home away from home while visiting the grandkids. 10/10.

Has a fabulous week at the condo, which is so close to the lake.... The most peaceful and relaxing place to stay..... We had a good time at the pool and enjoyed the local area. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Deborah was a great host.

Amelia is a super host! She was always responsive, before and during our stay with clear communication about everything. She provided flexibility on check-in and check-out. The condo is about a 5 minute drive to Clemson's campus, which made it the perfect location for us to visit our son there and attend a football game. It was exactly as described/ pictured, squeaky clean, nicely updated, and quiet (on the 3rd floor). It is located in an older complex, but inside the condo has been completely updated with brand new flooring, bathrooms, countertops, appliances, etc. TVs are in every room, but you will probably not want to stay inside much....it's on the lake! We didn't get down to the lake, but we could see the lake from the balcony of the condo. Parking was always available all weekend, directly in front. Everything we could have possibly needed was there, and it was in places we would expect to find it! We are already picking dates to go back to this AirBNB! Thank you, Amelia!

We were extremely pleased the moment we walked into the unit. Beautiful inside, room for everyone, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, super quiet and peaceful. The coffee bar and water fridge was stocked, assorted munchie basket and the quality bathroom towels were the added touches that a lot of previous Airbnbs have missed. The hosts were kind and proactive and we did not need one thing. My adult kids sat down for chess and that was the bonding time we’ve been wanting to have. The patio/balcony provided the best coffee and cocktail time. My favorite place 💜🧡 GO TIGERS

Such a beautiful home and place. We enjoyed the stay! The pool was by far our favorite just wish we had better weather to enjoy it further. Great customer service. We accidentally set the fire alarm off one night and she didn’t hesitate to message to make sure everything was okay.

This past Father’s Day weekend, our men came together for a powerful and refreshing fellowship retreat at this beautiful Airbnb—and what an incredible experience it was! Nestled in peaceful surroundings, the property provided the perfect backdrop for rest, reflection, and reconnection.

Had a great and relaxing weekend. Beautiful lake views and huge back deck with lots of room. Comfy beds and luxurious towels along with a stocked kitchen. Will definitely be back again.

Beautiful cozy little house within reach of the lake. Everything is just as it’s explained in the listing and so easy to find.

The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, just was super nice. The only thing is there is red clay everywhere ruined several shoes of kids. The road to the house is very dangerous and curvy, but we will stay again.

I brought my wife here for mother's day weekend and we had a wonderful time. It was bigger than we needed but it was a beautiful, quiet, nice place.There is a town just 10 minutes away if you need something or want to go out to eat. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

Our family enjoyed our time at Leslie’s place. Perfect location for our family trip for Clemson graduation. We had enough space and the ground floor made it perfect for the older folks. Strongly recommend staying here if visiting Clemson for any reason. If you have a specific bed requirement, you should note both the mattress and pillows were very soft. As someone who prefers a sturdier pillow and firmer mattress, I did end up using a different pillow my daughter brought us from her apartment. Outside of that I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Would 100% stay here again. Leslie is lovely.

Fran’s place was the perfect place for the family to stay for my son’s graduation. Very close to campus but away from the crowds. Fran’s place was clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels felt high end. I would recommend this place 100% and hope to be back! Fran was very proactive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth check in and check out.
