Holiday rentals with a patio in Franklin County

Cute place! Alice was very accommodating with our arrival time (we didn’t arrive until about 10:30pm). Location is very peaceful and beautiful. Unit itself was clean and just like the pictures. I’d recommend arriving during the daytime because the road leading up to the house is very narrow and becomes gravel just towards the end!

Cute apartment. Just the right size for the 3 of us. Right on Main Street yet very private. Thomas had recommendations on places to eat that we could walk to or had a short drive. Beautiful park across the street. Rainy cold weekend on shoulder season yet, we made the most of it and had fun. Looking forward to visiting in the summer. Thomas was a great host and we would stay there again.!!!

A two-family ski vacation for a long weekend made this stay incredibly worthwhile. Perfect location with access to trails and lifts, and a super fun window seat for trail side viewing. We won’t have pets, but I could tell it would be an ideal spot for them too.

This was our first stay in an Airbnb and it exceeded our expectations! The apartment was exactly as described and included everything necessary to make it the perfect “home away from home”! It is in a great location with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and Wilson Lake all within walking distance. Debi was a great host. She kept in contact with us before and during our stay, and quickly responded to all questions. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here for a few days of skiing in March. We especially loved that we could walk quickly across a parking lot to the Snubber lift to get right on the slopes -- and it was easy to come back for lunch breaks on the colder days. The condo was clean, the bathroom was updated, and the kitchen was small but equipped for simple meals. There was plenty of room for four adults (and one small dog!) to comfortably hang in the living room after skiing. Note that there are lots of steps up to the condo -- we didn't mind, but prepare accordingly.

This cozy condo was just what we’d hoped for. It suited us perfectly, was clean, and easy to find and get into. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’d definitely stay again. You can ski down if the lift is open, not far to walk up or you can take the shuttle.

Ben was a great host! The apartment is perfect for 3-5 people and the location is perfect. 20 minutes to sugarloaf and walking distance to restaurants and a general store.

Stayed at Floret's place in Rangeley for nearly a week and felt right at home. At first, the living space seemed a bit cluttered with so many seating options, but we literally used every single piece of furniture during the stay comfortably. We surprizingly loved the oversized beanbag, which allowed us to lounge while watching TV. The floor plan was perfect for us to have the kids stay upstairs and adults downstairs. Having a TV in one of the rooms upstairs was also a winner so our teenager had his own space. The dedicated work space also served its purpose since we had one kid missing school and could do homework. The location was great, easy to get to Saddleback and also into town. The views really were spectacular.

Victoria's place in Rangeley is outstanding. The layout of the house is great, has everything you could need, is well decorated with appealing architecture and a spectacular view of the lake from above. Easy to get to, was a perfect location for our work trip in the area. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood within a sizable nature preserve, with a pleasant walk to the common lake access.

This was a great condo - spacious and had everything we needed. Very close to sugarloaf base camp - about a half mile so also easy to walk. Would stay again and would recommend!

What can I say, this place is truly amazing as well as Joao is an amazing host. This is my second time booking this place and I have no complaints. By the far the best air bnb I have stayed in. It checks all the boxes, every detail and every carefully thought out extra down to having smores and camp fire supplies to the grill supplies to the carefully placed throws in the living room. This place feels like your home while you’re there, tranquil and so safe. This place is better than pictured and is HUGE in person. Everyone I brought with me just kept repeating how much they loved the space and how it was perfect. Joao also personally went out of his way to refund half of my stay due to the fact of me having to leave early the first time I stayed for emergency reasons, I didn’t ask or request for a refund but he did it off his own choice, which he did not have to do. 10/10 experience all around the board. Anytime I’m in the area, I’ll be staying here ! Don’t double think it, just BOOK.

Amy's place was in the perfect location for our vacation plans .We loved hearing the river behind the house with the windows open also really enjoyed using the sauna. I hadn't been in one since I very young with my Finnish family. the house was furnished with everything we needed to feel comfortable! we definitely would like to go back again at some point. Such a peaceful retreat! The cabin was spacious, super comfortable, and tucked away in the woods, which made it feel really private and relaxing. Loved how quiet it was - perfect spot to unwind and recharge. Would absolutely come back!

This home is absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious!! The entire home is modern and the bedrooms were private and comfortable for each person. The showers were big, especially in the master bathroom! The shower heads felt absolutely amazing after a cold, wet day at the Snowmobile Races at Saddleback. Cyrus was a great host and fun to talk to when we would be outside in the backyard. He was also quick to get back in touch with us when we had a problem with the keys. This was definitely worth the money! I’d highly recommend this beautiful Airbnb!!

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. So easy to get to ski lifting the morning and could ski right to parking lot at end of the day. Owner sent details on restaurants in the area ahead of our visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, we had everything we needed to prepare meals.

This condo was perfect for two couples. Easy first floor entry, close by parking and handy to both Snubber lift and trail. Plus, if its a weekend, there are two community hot tubs just steps away.

Ideal location, doesn't get better. It's like staying right on the trail. The condo is really cute and Beth was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

Mai's place is great - this was our second time staying at the condo, and it was clean, well-stocked, well-organized, and just perfect for a couple of days skiing at Sunday River. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Samantha’s place was clean and comfortable. It felt homey and cozy. The lay out worked well for us and we appreciated the range of options from bunk beds, a queen and a king bed. It was a great home base for some early summer hiking in the area and we would stay again.

Had a great stay in this location for winter break. Great location with ski in/ski out availability to Sugarloaf. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Eric!

Awesome condo for a ski weekend and within walking distance to one of the best restaurants and ski bars in town. Quick drive to the mountain in the morning and you are on a lift in a short amount of time. Zach was great and we would stay here again.
