Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Franklin County

We were in the area for a FORD car show in Carlisle and the location was great. Very peaceful. Be sure to check out the King's Bakery there nearby.

Great space for 2 families with kids. We didn’t realize how lovely was the garden until we got there. The stream of water was a real perk! The double bunk bed for the kids was a great set-up but squeaky and unstable, not suitable for adults. Overall a great stay!

We stopped here on the way to the beach and felt right at home. The home was clean and spacious, and our host was prompt to answer questions. Our family highly recommends this location to other travelers coming through, or to, the area!

My wife, daughter and I had a nice stay here while in town for an event in Mercersburg. The location was beautiful. A lot of rolling hills, farms and orchards with mountains nearby. We enjoyed our time at the house. Large kitchen, clean, comfortable and a peaceful setting. I enjoyed the covered deck overlooking the creek in the back yard. I’d recommend staying here.

This home was just out of this world. The architecture, the details, everything was just beautiful. Mary Beth was accommodating with various requests and was extremely responsive with everything. I would recommend this home to anyone!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! The host was so responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. We had our Bachlorette at the house and it was perfect. It was adorable and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space in all of the rooms as well. Such a convenient place to stay at if you’re having a wedding at Grayce Gardens!

We stayed for two nights and we were very comfortable. The beds were just right for us. The house was clean. We really appreciated the garage for our car. The neighborhood was quiet. We didn't have time to enjoy the backyard, but it looked very inviting for a nice glass of lemonade, or wine at the end of the day. I would stay here again.

If you find yourself looking at other rentals in the Chambersburg/Carlisle/Harrisburg areas look no further. Mane and Co offers a cute rental for long term visitors. I can write a long review about everything I liked but I would be here all night. It truly is a nice quite stay with a nice private parking lot. Wifi is super fast and AC was perfect. No complaints! Will be back without hesitation!

A quaint place, clean. A historic building in a historic town. I enjoyed walking to the “Texas Lunch” for breakfast? Then throughout the “square” in downtown. The creek was adjacent where you can watch and feed the ducks with the supplied frozen peas! I enjoyed my visit to my birthplace.

This was exactly what we needed. Very cute space with everything you would need! My boyfriend and I were traveling long distance and wanted a quiet place to rest before we continued the rest of our trip and this place was exactly that (thank you for same-day booking options). I would highly recommend this place as feels like home. Very well done and I wish you success for your future bookings!

While this studio space was small, it had a ton of character. Everything was very clean, exactly as pictured, pleasingly decorated, and had a ton of natural light (with excellent curtains and shades to facilitate sleeping-in). The location was great, a few minutes from shops and a short drive to big name stores. Everything was well-stocked and they even provided essentials in case you forgot to pack your own. The floors can be a bit creaky, making it hard to be stealthy if you're partner is sleeping, but that's a very minor inconvenience for a stay in such a beautiful loft that's rich with history. We had an absolutely wonderful time and appreciate the hosts' thoughtfulness with their amenities. We would, without a doubt, stay at this place again if we found ourselves in the area.

Fantastic place for a short term stay. I will say the rooms are fairly small but great if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room. The hosts are super nice and will do anything to make sure your stay is the best as it can be.

This place was a great getaway for my family for Thanksgiving weekend. The property itself has enough to enjoy that you never need to leave from the fire pit, to lawn games, walks in the woods and sitting on the outdoor porch admiring the beautiful mountains at sunrise and sunset. As for the house it was spotless and the kitchen provided everything one would need to cook a feast from pots and pans, to tin foil and plastic wrap, and matches and newspaper to light fires. It was great not having to bring everything from home and all the little things the host thought to provide made the weekend that more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!

We loved this spot! We hope to come back many more times! It was perfect for our needs. The space was clean and bright. The kitchen was modern and very convenient! Great comfy bed and dining area. We also enjoyed the fire pit area. It was quiet and peaceful! Our little dog felt right at home too! The whole experience was wonderful!!

So glad we found this place!! Even though it’s a bit out of the way from any cities, the peaceful nature and quiet helps you decompress and enjoy your stay! The house was super clean and new. Joanne was super responsive to all my questions. My friends & I had such a great time and enjoyed the fresh air here! Great amenities like hot tub, patio, and fire pit for group activities!

We went up to the cabin and exceeded our expectations in every way. Could have not been more happy and very spacious even with the 6 guys we had in our group. Definitely would recommend this cabin if your looking for a mountain getaway

Super convenient camp spot. Cabin is cozy and well placed away from road noise if you need a nap during the day. Cozy space that I will love to return to for leisure.

Our family traveled from Illinois to go to Gettysburg, Hershey Park and Swigart Auto Museum.We found the home absolutely beautiful. It was so fun to travel around and see historic buildings and old barns. The cabin was well stocked with what we needed and even some fun family games. Make sure you get the key code way before you get there because you lose phone service a lot. So good maps and directions are necessary. Once in the cabin the internet that’s provided is great. Anyways we had a great time and enjoyed our visit!

A fantastic place to get away to peaceful and quiet surroundings. Nestled at the end of a stone road, you are completely in the mix of nature. The place was a terrific home and extremely well kept. The hosts were helpful and responsive. This is a must to check out.

This incredible house was the perfect escape! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The peaceful setting, complete with friendly horses and chickens, made it feel like a dream. We felt instantly at home and didn’t want to leave. A truly relaxing and unforgettable stay in every way.

We booked the Drooly Bear cabin for our wedding weekend to be closer to our venue. It was like home away from home! Matt called prior to check in to inform me of surrounding restaurants, stores, etc. The cabin is in a quiet and secluded area, Matt was quick to respond, and requested suggestions (if any) to improve the cabin. The cabin was spacious, had an open floor plan, and clean. No phone service, but there was Wi-Fi that worked great!
