History of the cottage: Built in 1998 as a gift shop selling Boyd's Bears, and other home décor, We were ranked one of the top Boyd's sellers in the country. Once we closed the shop, it has been renovated to a rental space. We want it to be a place people can come partake in our beautiful views, see wildlife & enjoy a quiet environment. The Cottage is located adjacent to our home but still give privacy to enjoy the location.

Built in 2021, this apartment is on the lower level of our custom built home. It also has a fully equipped gym. Pet friendly, No smoking, No parties.

There is a large, well-stocked kitchen where you can cook delicious meals, when you're not visiting the local Amish and Mennonite cafes and bakeries. Take your cooking and dining outside on nice days to our lovely patio dining area and grill! There is also a large backyard with gorgeous sunset views.
