Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Franklin County

This was my second stay, and once again it was absolutely perfect. The host is incredibly kind and helpful—he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. The property itself is straight out of a dream... right on the lake, peaceful, and beautifully kept. I’ve stayed at a lot of places, but this one feels like home—and honestly, it's my dream home. Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, top-notch getaway.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and in a great location. The only hiccup we had was the GPS taking us to a different location based on the address given, but a quick call to the building staff directed us right to the correct place.

The apartment was in pristine condition! It seemed like it was recently redone and well furnished. We needed a place for my elderly aunt who can not do stairs very well, and to our surprise, there is also a walk-in shower. It was perfect!

Staying with Judy and Steve is always a pleasure. They are absolutely wonderful hosts! Look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you, Judy and Steve, for such a wonderful place.

The condo was exactly as described in listing and better. Very, very clean with many amenities. Joy was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Leonard's place! Great location off the main road but easy walk into the village for cafe, restaurant, pub, groceries, and only about 15 minutes to Jay Peak for some fantastic skiing! Incredibly convenient to be able to bring our well-behaved dog! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed (except a hairdryer, so bring your own if you really need it :) We even got to sit on the porch in the sun for some apres ski, listening to the babbling river across the street. Thanks, Leonard, for making this place available!

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend ski trip to Jay Peak.

We loved Haley's place, both Mike and her were great hosts, and the location was perfect for our Vermont vacation. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and spacious, even better than how it looked in the listing's pictures! The only setback was that the weather was extremely hot during our stay, and the AC and fans were not enough to cool the place. However, they did their best to make us feel comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s cabin. We skied at Stowe and although it was about 50 minutes away, it was an easy drive and close enough to other local things to do. I would definitely return in the future!

Great stay. The hot tub was nice. Area was nice and quiet. Great location for disc golfers playing at smuggs. Garrett was quick to respond and we had no problems.

Michelle has always been a great host and her place is always a great place to stay when in town.

We loved our stay. Place had everything we would have wanted and felt like home. There was plenty of utensils and of varied sizes available in the kitchen. Which is not common when we have a large group. We usually bring along some pots and pan of larger size but here it was not needed. Beds were comfortable and all of us were very much impressed with our overall stay. Thank you we had a pleasant time.

The view of the lake is so serene and having access to it on the property was quite the bonus feature. My family knew it was too cold to swim but we were looking forward to the calmness of it all. Dominique let us know that she'd be around the last night of our stay which was a nice heads up in case we heard any noises in the main house above. They were very quiet neighbors! We took a trip over to Cold Hollow Sculpture Park during the day to visit during their last open weekend of the year which was a nice way to see some art and the surrounding landscape. Maybe next time we'll get a bite to eat somewhere but we had everything we needed to prepare meals so we mostly stayed put this time around. We'd love to stay again next time we're looking for a VT getaway if they'd have us.

Everything was great . We enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were very comfortable. Lots of things to do in the area. We will stay there again 😊. Love northern Vermont.

Great location. No need to drive once there. Walk to lifts, restaurants and activities!

This was our second stay at this place and we love it. We've been going to Smuggs for over 20 years and the location of this condo is exactly where you want to be! You can walk to the village, lifts, pool and fun zone in the blink of an eye, no need to take a shuttle!! If you are going up the hill to the daytime tubing, it's a quick call to the on demand shuttle that will take you right there. Thank you Allyson for the responsove communication and consideration. so glad we found your place!

Great location, so much space, and hassle free check in and check out. We had a blast staying here and having a balcony was awesome.

Brooke’s place was great! We had a great time. Easy to communicate, very fast response from her. The place was beautiful with nice mountain views. Definitely recommend.
