Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Frankston South

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Richard always communicated promptly and was very easy to deal with. The house was perfect for a fun weekend away and the highlight was definately the spa on the balcony. A lovely touch to arrive with a chilled bottle of bubbles and the heater on for us, a very thoughtful host.

I booked the place for a holiday with my parents and kids. The place was so homely and kids friendly! There were many games and toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen had everything we needed. The ambiance was like a beautiful and welcoming family home that all of us very much enjoyed. Thank you Fran for the delightful stay!

Richard was excellent to deal with. We stayed at Richards home while our insurance company fixed our home. I contacted him before making the booking and explained the situation, he was very understanding and patient. The property is a nice quiet niche in suburbia, with all the surrounding trees it feels like you're far from civilisation, but you're only minutes away from all the amenities. Thank you Richard for your hospitality.

We had a great stay at Ash and Jason’s property. The house was immaculately clean, with plenty of space for our group. The beds were comfortable, linen/Fiona’s nice and warm and the background provided a lovely sunny spot on a cold winter’s morning. Ash & Jason provided very clear instructions and everything was as described. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Little Retreat is relaxing and in a great location. We didn’t use the spa but it looked inviting. The bathroom was fresh and clean and I appreciated the Turkish towels. To me it felt like bush meets beach. It is bushy all around the accommodation and the lake. It felt relaxing and private. I really appreciated the electric barbecue to cook on. Suzy and Rick were easy to communicate with. They obviously love sharing their property.

Lewis went above and beyond what was required - we had long air flights across time zones so he made sure we had the instructions for the lock box. The flat is very close to lots of eateries and Lewis has details of which streets to look along. It’s close to the CBD and just opposite a large park, and the flat is lovely inside. A great place to stay.

Perfect little 1BR apartment in the heart of the city. Great views - especially at night & the place is super clean / tidy. Will defiantly be back next time I'm in Melbourne!

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

The views were / are stunning! I actually could figure out the tv lol over all , highly recommended ! 10/10

This was one of the best experiences that my partner and I ever had. My partner and I appreciate the attention to details that you don't often see these days. From the friendly check ins, the cute food hamper, cake deliveries and food to feed the birds that visit you throughout the day. The views are stunning, spa bath is on point and even though you feel that you are deep in the forest, you are only a 5min walk away from local shops and cafes. Perfect if you feel like nesting amongst nature with a fireplace. If you're um-ing and ah-ing to book - just do it. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be booking this beautiful accommodation again!!!

Rustic, charming, intimate cabin nestled on a hobby farm made me feel down to earth again. Roaring fire, home-made cookies and easygoing owners welcomed us after exploring the very many dog-friendly trails and gardens in the area. Big thank you, just what we needed.

We had wonderful time at the Yarra Valley accommodation park. Amazing facilities, wonderful staff and beautiful peaceful nature surroundings! We will be back soon!

This place is "next level". My wife and I searched for a place to get away together to celebrate my birthday. Thankfully, our first choice fell through! From the moment we arrived, it just felt cosy and warm. We explored as far up as Marysville, and what an awesome place to return to. Kate and Michael were so accommodating! Could not fault their hospitality and attention to detail. We will be back! We will be recommending 'the eleventh Oak' to absolutely everyone! Look forward to revisiting in the not to distant future! Super cute place to stay with beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed how private the cabin was yet so close to good wineries.
