Upstairs living room with sleeping area, downstairs kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable equipped garden. Extra cost of 15 euros per day for heating in cold seasons (I know it seems expensive, but it is due to the recent increases in the price of energy: the heating is oil-fired and is very efficient, with 5 radiators). Located in a quiet position near the village of Cavagnago (1020 m a.s.l.), this typical farmhouse in the Leventina valley offers a breathtaking view of the majestic mountains that surround it. The farmhouse, ideal for a relaxing stay immersed in the quiet of alpine nature, is an excellent base for bouldering in Chironico, in Cresciano and climbing in Sobrio, as well as a perfect starting point for wonderful hiking, biking and winter sports.

Charming rustic cottage in a small hamlet of Gerra Verzasca. Ideal for 2 people max. Arranged on three floors. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen with a fireplace and dining table. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where the living room with access to the balcony is located. Also on the first floor is the bathroom with shower and washbasin. In the attic on the top floor is the bedroom/study.

The place is very quiet and surrounded by the beautiful swiss Alps. Animals are welcome.

The two original Rustici are located just outside Frasco in a clearing. Easily accessible by car. Parking on the premises. The property includes the two houses, a large playground and sunbathing lawn and the adjacent forest. The houses are well furnished. All rooms have a bathroom/toilet or shower toilet. Guest toilet in the main house.
