Accomodation is located at the back of the section. There is a security camera monitoring the front driveway and road. The room is very compact cosy and private in a garden setting with a courtyard. My guests so far have told me the bed is very comfortable. There is AC unit. There is a small step onto the unit veranda to access the room. I DONT allow children or pets to stay as there is no room, as well as safety concerns, the room and sectiois not child proof. I provide milk tea and coffee

Only a 10 minute drive from town & surrounded by nature with an evergreen subtropical outlook you won't want to leave this charming one of a kind place. With tui, kereru & Molly morepork at your doorstep relaxing on the deck is a beautiful experience. Cosy & comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. A light breakfast is provided. Get away from it all and re-energise yourselves. Mahia offers safe swimming, fishing and walks. The cabin is located in private bush setting, overlooking Mahia Peninsula and two bays. Cabin 1 can sleep a couple in a queen bed and one child under 7. It has recently been renovated, we are aiming for a comfortable, relaxing, and cosy feeling. Our home is on an elevated site, with lovely views down to the beach and the bay, and is a short walk to the sand. The guest suite is situated at one end of the house and comprises a bedroom, bathroom and a separate lounge room with its own private deck and entrance. The bedroom has a queen bed. Semi-Rural but 2 minutes from town 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms and a Donga. ..oh don't forget the fold out queen couch. Sleeps 7 - 10 ( 7+ if you plan on cuddling up) 2 bedrooms with king beds 1 bedroom with king single 1 bedroom with queen and king single Donga with a double Family friendly - but it’s a byo situation for the baby equipment. Kirsty is absolutely awesome! Her communication was excellent, and everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. I’m honestly a bit jealous and almost don’t want to share this gem of a location because it’s so perfect—I’m afraid too many people will discover it and ruin the peaceful vibe! I had an amazing 5 days here. The cottage is incredibly peaceful, right next to the lake, with reliable internet and no phone signal distractions. If you’re looking to write a book, set goals, do research, or just recharge, this is hands down the best place ever. I’m definitely coming back!

Loved the peaceful surroundings and waking to the sounds of rural life. The lodge was warm and well-stocked with everything that is needed. Home-made honey & the citrus air freshener were lovely touches as well as the rocking chairs on the deck! The lodge is well-presented with comfortable beds, a fully-stocked linen cupboard, and a well-equipped kitchen which would make an extended stay a breeze. Thank you for making this lovely retreat available.

Beautiful home within peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Well kept home with a fantastic bathroom and shower. Bedrooms were spacious with tidy rooms and clean sheets and bed linen and electric blankets for warmth during the winter months. Enjoyed our stay so much we have booked to stay again. Highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at this farmstay. Sally and Simon (and family) made us very welcomed. We had some great walks and were able to rest and recover after a few hectic days. Due to bridge damage we needed to take an extra long drive to reach the cottage, but believe me it was worth it. Please do not be put off by the longer trip.

Great accommodation and host especially as the fire had been started so the house was nice and warm when we turned up. Kitchen facilities were good with everything you'd need to cook a meal. Was overall a nice quiet place to stay.
