Holiday rentals with a patio in Frederick County

We enjoyed our stay here, it was exactly what we were hoping for a quick anniversary getaway. It was very clean, cozy, and there were thoughtful extra details that made it easy to navigate a new place. There is a fairly extensive “renters agreement” to sign that opens you up to the potential for extra charges for negative situations but we didn’t run into any of that. Overall a lovely stay for a good price and location.

Stay was exactly as described. Home was clean and had everything needed for a home base for work and camp for the kids. Jorge and John we very communicative and friendly. 100% would reccomend.

What a great place at a great price. Clean and neat, all your basic amenities and so close to everything in downtown Frederick. Carroll Creek Park is a block away, two breweries are across the street and Market street is just a few blocks west. Bradley is a very responsive host and we enjoyed our visit so much we will probably book Creekside Flat whenever we visit Frederick again.

We so enjoyed our at the Brent House!! Christina has really created a really nice, peaceful, and perfectly appointed get away spot. We were celebrating our anniversary with a trip to Frederick and Brent House is just steps away from the park, museums, restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself is very stylish and cozy! We felt that it was perfectly appointed with all you would need. The neighborhood is very quiet too which we really liked. Christina herself was very very responsive when we had a question and very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely see about staying here again if we come back to Frederick! Our stay at Brent House did not disappoint!

It is a beautiful suite! Very easy to get in and there’s so much to do and see in that area. It is perfectly located in town but on a quieter street. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Frederick!

Heather and Brian’s home was amazing. The check-in process was very easy and simple and the place was very clean and organized. The neighbors were very nice as well and welcomed us into the building. My favorite part was the large balcony that overlooked the town. Would highly recommend this stay!

Vlasta and Doug are amazing hosts, they were very attentive to us. I can't describe enough the wonderful experience I had at this place. It is quiet, cozy, and it truly feels like home. P.S. If you love animals there is a big plus, their pets are adorable.

This stay was just myself solo. Had a nice stay at Audrey's. Boonsboro is a nice small town close to my historical interests. Enjoyed walking the town at night and got breakfast at the diner across the street on the day I checked out. If you like small towns with history Boonsboro is a great place. Audrey's place is like a small efficiency and had everything I needed for my stay. Great wifi signal if you have to do some work like I did. Kitchen had everything I needed, better cook wear than average AirBnB. Bath towels were quality as well. Bed comfortable. The unit is on the backside of the building and easy to get to. Parking safe and easy. Year round tenants that shared the entrance in back were totally chill, very nice & friendly, as was Audrey. Best part was Audrey's flexibility eagerness to accommodate me with a request that I made regarding the length of my stay. A good place for a traveling professional needing 3-6 month stay that is more than just a room in a house.

This BnB is in contention for my FAVORITE stay of all time. Family of 6 adults and 1 child had more than enough space, and Jeanne really made our stay effortless. We felt right at home and we didn't have to make that last minute trip to the store you sometimes have to make bc the host skimped on providing toilet paper or dish soap, because she honestly thought of EVERYTHING ❤️ My granddaughter loved the pool and dips in the hot tub after swimsmade the adults happy. The location and view are to die for, and the two pups were ecstatic playing in the large fenced area. We spent a lot of time outside, plenty of furniture, fire pit, just eating dinner on the deck. (Missing NOTHING in the kitchen either!) Our last night we spent sitting and talking on the deck trying to identify the multitude of frog voices from the pond, before we parted ways to our various home states. I am most grateful for memories made and we are definitely considering a repeat! ❤️Thank you!

The Madison is a wonderful place to stay. Furnishings and bedding are all top notch. The location is just a few blocks from the Frederick business district. One thing to note if you are visiting in the summer is that the house does run warm- - thermostat is set to 73 and guests are instructed not to turn it any lower. I live in an old house so I understand. This does leave the upstairs rather warm so if you don't like to sleep in 74-75ish degrees, The Madison might not be the best choice for you. However, I found the bathrooms to be squeaky clean, the bedding to be just as good as what I have in my own home, and the restaurants/shopping in town to be lots of fun. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in 1 of Marissa's properties again.

Adrienne was very communicative and helpful! The airbnb was very beautiful and in a great part of town! We would love to stay here again when we come back to the area!

The space was clean, comfortable, and cozy! It was the perfect place to retire after spending the day exploring nearby Frederick, or traveling to Baltimore or Annapolis. It felt like coming home.

Beautifully decorated, well maintained, perfectly appointed cottage on a quiet peaceful street. Fluffy towels and comfortable beds and linen. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch rocking chairs while it was raining, and it was perfect for my family of 4 and our dog for one night on our way back home, as we had everything we needed. We felt like we were in a house with at least some history and driving just a few minutes up the road to Gathland State Park we discovered even if the house didn't exist in that time frame, the address was very close to the Battle of Crampton Gap. The house is also very convenient to Harper's Ferry; and though we didn't have much time, it was close enough that we were able to explore for a few hours.

Our stay was great! We were in the area for a wedding and had a lovely walk before in the woods. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. It was perfect for a weekend stay!

My daughter was getting married and she and her sister stayed for the final few nights before the wedding. Beautiful, peaceful non-stressful area to relax and be ready for the big day. I highly recommend the place! It is a peaceful, beautiful spot looking out to the mountains!

The place was so cozy and in a perfect location for visiting Frederick. We could walk to coffee, dinner, and downtown. Great stay! Christen was very responsive. My friend and I will be back next year!

i don't love people, but Chris and their partner were great and made my stay very comfortable. I'd recommend it and the price was very reasonable

Misha is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and welcoming. I got in later than I had hoped and the Navigation took me somewhere else but she walked me through how to correct and make it to her location. Very clean as others have mentioned and very personable. Would definitely book again if I were in the area.

This Airbnb was perfect for a holiday weekend in Frederick. The location was perfect and walkable for all of the shops and restaurants. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host were very responsive and provided all the instructions we needed. Large place, great jumping off point and close to town for my partner, my dog and myself. Very clean, and set up great to watch TV at night or work from home. And a fully operational kitchen so you don't have to eat out every night. Thank you again!
