Villa Egadi è una villa di circa 450 mq posizionata su una collinetta e con una meravigliosa piscina panoramica con vista sulle isole Egadi (Favignana, Levanzo e Marettimo). I tramonti, con il sole alle spalle delle Egadi, vi lasceranno senza fiato. Il tutto completato da un campo da tennis con vista sul monte Erice, una palestra, un biliardo e tanto altro per rendere il vostro soggiorno una meraviglia. The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
