Fabulous stay in this very quaint village, truly a special find. we loved the beautiful decor in the house, everything was exceptional and beautiful and tasteful. Thanks to Madeleine for a warm welcome and great recommendations on the village eateries , Karoo Artist cafe was such a win for yummy lamb chops!!

Beautiful view from almost every room, inside is very modern , solar but also Eskom electricity on those rainy days made a big difference. Clean rooms and bathrooms Private and very safe area Few nice hikes inside the estate easily accessed from the house which was great fun Thank you for a lovely stay

Zebra View lodge was very well designed and comfortably furnished. Cathkin Estate is a peaceful and private estate with an incredible view of the Drakensberg. Security at the gate were very friendly and helpful. Local amenities and the berg itself were all close. All in all, a wonderful long weekend with family that we hope to repeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious house in Parys. The entire experience was just lovely. One of the highlights was the electric sheets - a thoughtful touch that kept us warm on chilly evenings. The weekend getaway was perfect, and we appreciated the flexibility with check-out times. The host (Talita) was very nice and considerate, allowing us to check out a bit late. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend!

From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces and stunning views, everything was perfectly in place for a relaxing getaway. We loved staying at Noleens place. Noleen communicated well. She was very responsive and checked in on us during our stay. We really appreciated a late change in the number of guests for the last night of our stay. The house is great space for large groups and offers privacy, peace and quiet. The photos really dont do it justice. There arent many places in the area, but Noleen provided great recommendations for during our stay and gave advice about the roads before we arrived. The house is also equipped with everything you may need if you dont want to venture out. We really appreciated Martha, who lives on the property and is available for an additional fee to clean and service during the stay. We were a large group who cooked often, so it was really great to have assistance cleaning up the kitchen and we could focus on relaxing and taking a break!
