Watch the sunset as you relax & unwind in our fully equipped studio one bedroom. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker & Keurig machine. There is a King bed with storage and a work desk with a comfy chair. New granite and tiles throughout. The condo has a flat screen TV along with cable & reliable, fast wifi. This newly renovated condo is located within a 5 minute walk to Coral beach, one of Grand Bahamas nicest beaches. There you can enjoy the sand, go for a swim or stop in at the restaurant for some local fish and a nice cold beverage. Allamanda court is also located within a 15-20 minute walk to Port Lucaya where you can find local shops, bars and restaurants. For those who enjoy golfing, The Reef golf course is close by. Should you choose to stay close, the pool on-site is a great way to relax
