What guests are saying:“The location is excellent. Most things are walking distance. There’s a trolley if you want to take it or a free Duval bus. Several great restaurants are close. The room is completely clean. Amenities are as described (coffee pot, refrigerator, towels, etc.) The balcony is so much fun for people watching. The room is very comfortable and there is plenty of space in it. There is one flight of stairs. Plan on carrying suitcases up a somewhat narrow stair (we just took some weight out of our bags and carried it up separately). We loved staying here and plan to schedule it for future trips. We did take earplugs, but the advice to just use the air conditioner for white noise was excellent. Tom gave use excellent information and check in and out instructions. He’s a great host.”

We were concerned about sharing a bathroom but he was there several times in our one night stay cleaning it and keeping up the common areas . Most definitely recommend this place the location is exactly where you’d want to be and the smell of the bakery downstairs in the morning is a great treat!”
