This is a loft setting offering a king bed, full size bed, twin and an antique settee(possibly suited for a small child). A large kitchen with small breakfast seating as well as a large table! Location! Location! Location! Our completely private, remodeled duplex is located just south of Hwy 60 in Springfield, MO. We are only a couple minutes from the closest grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The Battlefield Mall, Bass Pro Wonders of Wildlife, Cox and Mercy hospitals are all under 10 minutes away, and Downtown Springfield is a short 15 minute drive. If our East unit is a bit too small for your group, you can combine your booking with our West unit if available!

Our cozy house in the center of Nixa. It is located between Branson & Springfield. We are walking distance to the center of Nixa. We hope you enjoy this clean and comfy home as much as we did. Fireplace is decorative only. We are not the hosts that “pop in,” however we are only a message away. We have a ring camera that records externally only By booking or staying with us, you (and others in your party)agree to financially indemnify us for any incidents or accidents that may occur.

1920 Stone Gas Station

This is a solid stone 1920 gas station that has been converted into a tiny house. It is two blocks off of old Route 66 within quick walking distance, (3 blocks) of downtown with lots of restaurants, clubs and cinemas and theaters. Park under the portico just feet from the front door. There is a living area and a full size bed beside a kitchen. There is a place to hang clothes. It has pressed tin ceilings and hardwood floors and a decorative electric wood stove.
