Holiday rentals with a patio in French Quarter, New Orleans

Shelby’s cottage was the perfect getaway for my 4 year anniversary with my boyfriend! The goal was to eat as much as we can, and have a cozy place to come back to, and that’s exactly what we did! Casey gave us a list of amazing local spots to try and the ones that we did try were so yummy and pretty close to the cottage! We took Lyfts to the French quarter which was super close, and just absolutely fell in love with the area and the cottage! Would absolutely love to come back again!

If you want to be in an area that is quiet but easy to get to the French Quarter this is the place. First, the area has restaurants and couple markets very close in case you need something. Also, just walking 2 or 3 blocks you can get to the Art Museum, the City Park and the Cafe Du Monde in there. Exactly there is the stop for the streetcar (trolley) to the French Quarter. Second, the house! WOW! Is so beautiful, Mathilde decorate and organize the house in a way that you really feel welcome and at home. She thinks about every little detail in the kitchen, in the bathroom. She left there treats and drinks for us that we really appreciate and valued. Third, if you did not have time to plan what to do, goodness, she has a guide with everything you can do in NOLA and many flyers, magazines and books. Is so far, one of the best places I been where the host really think about details to make happy the visitors. My husband, my dog and I felt great and her communication was above and beyond!

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great time staying at this cute little place on Algiers Point. It’s located a quick walk to the Ferry and the neighborhood is colorful and welcoming. Perfect place to lay your head when you want to go to New Orleans without staying directly in the city.

Beautifully remodeled historical place had a lot of character. Everything was very clean and functional. We did a load of laundry and the dryer was great. We slept well and it was cool. There was plenty of parking on the street. It was also convenient to get to downtown or the garden district via the streetcar which we used several times from St Charles Street during our stay. Overall good value for us.

Really loved this space. It was in a perfect location- very peaceful and quiet street. Near some really great restaurants. The bnb itself was perfect and had everything we needed, plus complimentary snacks. Felt lucky to stay in there!!

The place is wonderful! It's a great location near to parks, CBD, and Magazine St, easy walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. We liked Beggar's Banquet just around the corner. Inside is very clean and well finished, and we liked that while it's shotgun style, the bedroom is in the back away from street noise. The front porch is great for watching the neighborhood or soaking in a rainstorm.

I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to the area; everything was a 10/10. He provided snacks, makeup remover wipes, toothbrushes, mouthwash, and pods for washing clothes. He was very responsive, and the place was spotless, making it feel just like home.He even recommended places to go in the area.

Cate’s house is an amazing space! I spent 2 nights there on a mother-daughter trip with my mom, aunt, and cousin. It’s perfectly located in historic Treme, close to an MTA stop and only a 20-25 minute walk to the French quarter. The home is super cozy, and Cate has it thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We loved grabbing a coffee at Old Road Coffee just across the street before catching the bus to go explore NOMA and New Orleans City Park. We’d all been to New Orleans many times before, but agreed that this was our best experience yet. Definitely recommend staying at Cate’s place when you visit NOLA!

The location is a little further away from the hustle and bustle of NOLA but in a safe and secure location. We had a great stay, very clean house plenty of amenities, cute decor, and a responsive host. It was a wonderful stay!

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions! I would definitely recommend and would stay again when we visit New Orleans again. Thank you!

The place was spotless! We checked in fine and had a great time. Everything was just as listed. It was four guests staying there and we never felt crowded. There is just one bathroom, but if you time your showers and getting ready time well, it’s not a problem.

such a quaint house with lots of character. Enjoyed the location. easy walking to City Park and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We enjoyed the privacy this little home gave us and all the amenities that were provided. Highly recommend!

I was in town for a family event, and staying here was a great experience. the inside was really nice! It was a 10 min drive from the superdome, and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again when in town.

Imbrie's place is clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt right at home and especially enjoyed the very comfy bed and the large shower. We didn't have a chance to make a full meal in the house but the kitchen was gorgeous, clean, and featured everything you would need in terms of spices and cookware. All the kitchen appliances seemed to be new as well. New Orleans is a hot and humid city but the bedroom has an excellent ceiling fan and the thermostat and AC were updated and worked great! The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to more restaurants, coffee shops, bars and breweries than we could enjoy even with 8 days in town!

My family and I came down for a family vacation, and we absolutely LOVED the place! We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in New Orleans.

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

The location is wonderful close to stores and restaurants. The decor and scenery is all New Orleans style. The inside is gorgeous. I loved it.

Wonderfully set up. Quiet unit and neighborhood. Safe neighborhood. Everything close by, great eatery. A great experience.
