We really enjoyed staying in this apartment in Saanen. The apartment is very well appointed, has a well-stocked kitchen, is very comfortable and located in quiet surroundings. The terrace is a lovely sunny spot, with a nice view of the mountains. We never slept so well! The village of Saanen is beautiful and peaceful, and is located in a very scenic location, close to amenities in Gstaad. The location is excellent with the train station just a three minute walk away and the local bus stop a one minute walk. Great area for walking, hiking and exploring the surrounding mountains and towns on foot or by train. The hosts are very responsive and quickly replied to all our queries. As it was raining heavily on our arrival, we were promptly met by Didi at the train station, who gave us a very warm welcome and drove us to the nearby apartment. Highly recommended!

Chantal was a wonderful host. Gruyère is beautiful and the apartment matches with some original 14th century architecture. Its very cool! We appreciate Chantal welcoming us and accommodating us for our stay. Don’t forget to sign the guest book :) there are color pencils as well.

Never spoke or met Moriya but I spoke and met with her husband - Ira, and her mother in law - Didi who both were outstandingly helpful and pleasant persons. So in this light Moriya must be a very good administrator and team builder .

We loved waking up to the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings while still having quick access to everything we needed.The chalet itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and exudes a warm, traditional Swiss charm. It gave us that authentic alpine feel while still being extremely functional and well-equipped. Nick’s attention to detail truly elevated our stay — from the cozy decor touches like sit-on fur cushions, to thoughtful amenities that made the apt feel like a true home away from home. What truly sets this stay apart, however, is Nick himself. He is incredibly generous, responsive, and accessible. Highly Recommended !

Great, spacious apartment at a beautiful location. It's the perfect home base to explore the mountains. We will come back for sure.
