Holiday rentals with breakfast in Fribourg

I can’t say enough good things about Mireille’s place. It was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The bedroom was large with an extremely comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. The village is in a beautiful location. There are a lot of places to walk in the area and Fribourg is very nearby and a nice day trip. But the best part was our host, Mireille. She is a delightful lady, friendly, responsive, and she made us feel right at home. The breakfast she made us each morning was amazing. Most things homemade. We hope to be able to return and spend more time there.

Adi is very friendly, very helpful. Honestly, it felt like visiting family. He is very personable and easy-going. His place met our needs, it is close to Bern, only 30 min away. We will be back some day.

The open space design spans two floors, maximizing natural light and showcasing the stunning views of Lake Geneva. The loft boasts one bedroom, one bathroom, and a spacious living area perfect for relaxation or socializing. The highlight of the space is undoubtedly the Master Bedroom, accessible via a captivating glass staircase. This sanctuary offers a tranquil retreat, with plush furnishings and thoughtful touches ensuring a restful night's sleep. During my time at the loft, I appreciated the hosts' commitment to hospitality and genuine connection. Their passion for meeting people from all walks of life was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed engaging in conversations and sharing travel stories.

Excellent, excellent AirBnb host, everything as in the photos, at two minutes from the train station, the house is really beautiful. Stefano is extremely nice ans helpful. Everything an AirBnb should be. And the Hammam is incredible, I arrived every night with freezing cold, and taking a good, hot shower in that space gave me life.

I really enjoyed my stay at Michael’s place. He is a fantastic host who truly cares about his guests, offering thoughtful touches and helpful tips during the stay. For example, each day I found fresh fruit and yogurt waiting for me. Michael also gave excellent recommendations for local bakeries and restaurants, many of which I tried and loved. I felt completely at home. The bedroom is spacious, comfortable, with lots of natural light, and it has direct access to a terrace. It is also ideal for working remotely, which was important for me. The surroundings are charming, with beautiful spots along the lake, just a few minutes from the apartment, which were perfect for eating, swimming, or simply enjoying the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Marc est un hôte très sympa et ouvert d'esprit, avec de belles valeurs. C'était un plaisir d'échanger avec lui sur de nombreux sujets. L'appartement est agréable et bien entretenu, tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Je reviendrai très sûrement et je recommande vivement !

Die Unterkunft umfasst ein Zimmer in einer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Küche und Bad können mitgenutzt werden. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Der Genfer See ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. ÖPNV mit super Verbindung sowohl nach Lausanne, als auch Montreux ebenso. Tolle Unterkunft, jederzeit gerne wieder. Danke!

J’ai passé 6 jours à faire de la randonnée et du velo dans la region de La Gruyère. Les paysages sont à couper le souffle: Gruyère, La Vudalla, La Vacheresse, La Maison Cailler de Broc, Lac de Montsalvens et Charmey, les villages de Grandvillard et Lessoc, Moléson-sur-Gruyères, Chateau-d’Oex et Fribourg. Les restaurants que je recommande: L’Auberge de Couronne à Lessoc, L’Auberge la Couronne Enney, La Buvette Chez Boudji au bord du Lac de Montsalvens et Le Café des Alpes “Chez Massimo” á Chateau-d’Oex. L’hebergement chez Nadia et Eric odfrézovaného beaucoup de confort. En particulier, je tiens à remercier Monsieur Eric pour sa patience et son don pédagogique de parler française avec moi. J’aimerais revenir un jour.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Therese. Das Zimmer ist total süß und das Badezimmer sehr sauber. Es gibt Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer und das zusätzlich bestellte Frühstück war äußerst lecker! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen 🙂

We loved our stay at home sweet home! Laurence and her daughter were incredible hosts. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to base themselves in the centre of Vevey, with a max of 5 minutes walking between the city attractions, just a 1 minute stone throw away from the lake! We slept like babies too. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to take a break from the every day hustle. Thank you for having us, Laurence.

Serene experience on a farm in a beautiful location on top of a mountain. The friendly hosts and staff made us feel right at home. The farm has a restaurant and we had cheese fondue for dinner. It was delicious. It just so happened that the hosts were celebrating their 10-year anniversary of managing the farm that weekend, and organized activities such as mule rides and an inflatable bounce house, which made our 4-year old daughter very happy. Thank you again for the great time! :-)

Nous avons passés 2 nuits dans une chambre magnifiquement décorée par Nicole. Propreté irréprochable, accueil très agréable, petit déjeuner excellent ... tout était parfait pour Que nous passions un très bon séjour. Merci à Nicole pour son hospitalité, nous reviendrons !

The house is located at the top of the hill. The view is so beautiful. The host is very nice, and the room is very clean. The owner lives on the second floor and is very quiet. The host offered us breakfast, which is great!

We really liked this place! There is a balkony where you can enjoy the sunset and we also could eat our breakfast in the lovely garden in the morning sun. Natalia and her husband are really friendly! They even offered us fresh fruits of their garden😄

Bien placé et super accessible, à deux pas du lac et de la gare, place de parc au domicile, proche également de restaurants. Logement propre et hôtes très réactives et sympathiques, avec des chiens tout mignons.

Super week-end passé chez Simone. Jardin superbe (quelle belle vue sur le lac de Morat ! et le spa) et chambre très propre. Petit jardin privé et clôturé, parfait pour le chien (sans vue malheureusement). L'hôte était accessible et très sympa. Elle nous a conseillé des restaurants et autres activités, merci à elle ! La plage de sable de Salavaux est super ! Très chouette coin.

Peter und Kira waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Peter hat uns empfangen, wie man Freunde empfängt. Sehr schnell sind wir ins Gespräch gekommen und haben während der leider nur zwei Tage immer mal zusammen "gehockt". Das gesamte Haus war so individuell und beeindruckend wie Peter selbst. Das Frühstück war klasse und die Selbstbedienung am Kühlschrank während der heißen Tage sehr wohltuend. Fazit: wir kommen gern wieder.

War wunderbar! Super nette Hosts, sauberkeit und komfort 10+ Grosses Zimmer und eigener Frühstücksraum. Besser als im Hotel. Süsse Tiere zum Streicheln gibts auch!

La communication était super, hôte très réactif. la chambre est impeccable, avec cuisine et salle de bain privatif. le seul soucis malheureusement est que la zone est desservie le soir à partie de 19h (je crois) et donc pour y accéder, il n'y a quel l'option du taxi à 30frs depuis l'arrêt de train Estavayer. Cependant si vous avez une voiture, ne pas tenir compte de mon commentaire précédent, le logement est parfait.
