Duplex on the Lake

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

STUDIO, de 25m2 et mezzanine de 10 m2 sont situés sur le devant de notre maison. Il se compose d’une grande pièce avec bloc cuisine, table à manger, canapé-lit 2 places. Douche à l’italienne, WC. Une Mezzanine avec lit double. Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Stätchen Murten. Du wirst mein Atelier lieben wegen der kühlen Raumtemperatur im Sommer ,seiner charmanten Umgebung, viel Platz im Atelier 60m2 und im Garten. Es ist hell, ruhig und du hast einen schönen Blick und Zugang in den Garten Blick auf den See und die Berge. Mein Atelier ist gut für Paare , Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit Kindern. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig.

Neben Küche und Bad hat das Ferienhaus 2 Schlafzimmer (1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Zimmer mit zwei einzelnen Betten) und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für 4 Personen. Ausserdem gibt es einen Balkon und einen Garten. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Notre maison est une ancienne ferme rénovée située au bord du lac de la Gruyère (Accès direct à la rive à 100 m), au milieu des champs, avec vue sur l'Ile d'Ogoz. Appartement avec 6 chambres, salle de bains, 2 wc. Sauna 4 personnes location de canoe et de paddle à 200 m. Excursions sur le lac de la Gruyère (réservation Association Ile d'Ogoz)

Cette chambre individuelle avec sa salle de bain privée, se situe au cœur de la vieille ville d'Estavayer, à deux pas du Château, dans une grange entièrement rénovée.
