Close to Buitenpost is Tanja's Airbnb. It is a detached cottage, where we spent a wonderful night while passing through. It is a nice apartment in the form of a studio. It is unfortunate that living and sleeping area are not separated, especially in the winter .

We had a fantastic weekend at 't Holthus! An oasis of peace, surrounded by beautiful nature and with all the comfort you could wish for. The cottage was stylishly furnished, sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. The hot tub was of course a highlight. The warm welcome and personal touches of the owners made our stay extra special. Perfect for recharging for a while.

We loved our stay at Thomas's place. The caravan is spacious and equipped with every comfort. The terrace was also very complete in terms of furniture with both sun and shade. However, we were bothered by mosquitoes so we definitely recommend bringing a mosquito spray.

Together with my mother and sister, we had a pleasant stay. The cottage is in a beautiful garden where we could have our breakfast in the morning. We were kindly received by both the family and all the animals.

Very quiet accommodation, ideal for families with children, large meadow right outside. Playground or football field not far away. Beautiful sunny terrace. Also ideal to start cycling routes into the surrounding area from here. Apartment is well furnished and we didn't miss anything. Apartment, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom very clean. I would come back directly if I were to plan anything in the region.

Really a nice and cozy stay with a lovely view on garden and nature. You can walk onto the heath in no time. Everything that is needed is also present in the garden everything perfect. The outdoor kitchen can also be used with rain due to the spacious canopy. Friendly hostess who also responds quickly to the app.

With our children very much enjoyed in this beautiful guesthouse! Very friendly welcome. Everything clean, tidy and cozy. We look back on a few fantastic days and definitely recommend this guesthouse!

What a beautiful place this is!!! We spent a long weekend in the beautiful renovated farm of Debby. The communication was quickly very friendly. It is a bit of a bike ride from the boat, but very easy to find. Inside we found a wonderful home, beautifully decorated, soft beds, coffee, tea and a delicious chocolate... pure indulgence. The area is fantastic, you are nicely centrally located on the island. We had fantastic weather, so all the dishes for the top weekend were present. Thank you Debby, for another beautiful memory.

We were able to enjoy the hospitality at this location for one night. Our goal was only an overnight stay because of the concert in Groningen and our travel time. However, the location is so nice it was unfortunate we couldn't stay longer. Definitely recommended for others to stay there for a few days or a week.

We felt right at home here. The space was spotless and had everything we needed. The sauna was a luxury to have during a rainy and windy weather. There are multiple national parks and towns in the vicinity where one can hike, kayak, and boat around the canals. We’d highly recommend this accommodation for couples.

Super relaxed

A nice, very modern, clean, cosy studio with all amenities you need and more. The studio has a full kitchen and stove, perfect fit table and comfortable chairs. I am impressed with the floorplan. The studio is equipped with everything you need and still feels spacious. Two adjacent doors at the front of the studio can be opened up all the way and gave the ability to enjoy a nice breakfast in the sun on a summerday. It was raining when we stayed here so we didn't open them up. The studio has a keybox but Aukje was home and warmly welcomed us. The beds are full size located under the roof; a cosy semi-open place to sleep. The matrasses provide great support. The bathroom and toilet are clean, comfortable and good. Things to consider (which Aukje mentioned upfront): the bedroom is accessible through a steep ladder. If you are afraid of heights or less mobile something to consider. The sloping roof asks attention for tall persons. Aukjes's place is perfect to stay and return to.

We had a wonderful stay at Bert's house! Upon arrival, we were immediately surprised with a homemade apple pie and a cup of coffee that was already ready, a super welcome start. The house was spotless, from the bathroom to the bedding, and everything smelled fresh. We slept wonderfully in a comfortable bed. The area is wonderfully quiet and the house is easy to find, with a nice parking space in front of the door. Bert was an incredibly hospitable and thoughtful host. We got a lot of nice tips for the area and even an invitation to go to the local farmer very friendly! There were also all kinds of games and magazines in the house, which made it extra cozy. In short: a top location with top hospitality. We'd love to come back!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Leeuwarden. The apartment is located in the center of Leeuwarden and yet also quiet. Everything is at walking distance! The apartment is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Inge kindly welcomed us and was quick to help us with any questions.

Superhost! Great place on the old canal. The heritage of the dairy factory has been given new life and everything has been taken care of down to the last detail. A wonderful stay, privacy and a private garden (with SUPboard and sandbox) by the water, good shower, nice beds and a kitchen that is equipped with all comforts. In our case, for business use, but I will definitely come back for a long weekend.

A beautiful place hidden in the Frisian countryside. Nice reception and the accommodation is as described, nothing to criticize. From here you can easily go in all directions to visit Frisian places or lakes, walk or bike. A day crossing to Ameland or Terschelling is fine and takes little time. Repeatable.

The property is part of Mariska's house with its own access and private porch and shed. In the attic is the large double bed with two comfortable mattresses and a large blanket. In the ground floor area there is a kitchenette, a small sofa, a table for 2 people and a bathroom with shower. Everything is clean. Since it can get warm under the roof in summer, a powerful fan is also available. Mosquito lamps are available. But in this water-rich region it is better to bring something yourself. Parking, canal and supermarket are close by. Mariska's veranda on the canal may be used. There are two electric boats available, which can also be rented without a boating license. Captain Rob gives an instruction and a plan with all the canals and lakes that you can drive on. In addition, you should use Google Maps. With the small boat you can navigate narrow reed channels and cross low bridges. Amazing adventure! Best day!

Very nice accommodation, which is nicely quietly located in the countryside. Marcel and Renate were both super nice and the place was as described. You can easily explore the area by bike.

Very highly recommended for this cozy accommodation in Friesland! Elisabeth welcomed us very warmly and was always easy to reach. The house is quietly located in the countryside, but many beautiful villages and small towns invite you to explore the surroundings. The beach is also only half an hour away by bike! We had a great time here. Kitchen is well equipped to cook something yourself! Everything great!

Very quiet at night, very peaceful sleep, excellent coffee, greeted by chickens and a rooster in the morning.

Was very good, too bad the weather did not cooperate! We want to book again next year in the summer holidays if that is possible!
