Het huis beschikt over 4 ruime slaapkamers en bedstede voor 2 personen, 2 badkamers en 2 keukens. Bij Loft en Mar vind je rust en ruimte, lucht en meer!

De naam Walden is geïnspireerd op het boek van Henry D Thoreau. Hij beschrijft hoe hij in eenvoud leefde midden in de natuur. Het huisje is duurzaam verbouwd, met respect voor de natuur. Alles nodigt uit om even stil te staan en echt te voelen waar je bent. Wie hier verblijft, merkt dat Walden een plek is om opnieuw verbinding te maken met jezelf en de wereld om je heen. Ochtenden beginnen met vogelgezang.Dagen vullen zich met wandelen, lezen en mijmeren. Avonden eindigen onder een sterrenhemel.

Hello, we are Bart and Marieke and rent out a unique accommodation located on the waterfront in the center of Kolhorn. You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week in the vicinity.

Apartment Grutto is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is plenty of parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible by public transportation (5 minutes' walk). There is also a sandy beach on the Tjeukemeer within a 5-minute walk.

De fietsafstand (2 fietsen en tandem beschikbaar) tot het centrum van de stad is nog geen 10 minuten. Aan de westzijde is een terras van ca. 16 m2 voorzien van meubilair waar je tot laat in de avond van de laatste zonnestralen kunt genieten. De locatie is gelegen aan open vaarwater, je kunt er vissen en zomers zwemmen en gebruik maken van de kano..
