There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

At the border between Leeuwarden and the village of Goutum, the accommodation is located in our spacious backyard with plenty of privacy. The cycling distance (2 bikes and tandem available) to the center of the city is less than 10 minutes. On the west side, a terrace of about 16 m2 is equipped with furniture where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late evening. The location is located on open water, you can fish and swim in summer and use the canoe and an electric rental sloop.

You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week.
