The studio was designed and built by the owners themselves in collaboration with interior architect Steven Baart (Typography Interiority & Other Serious Matters). Everything is within reach. This water villa is situated at the beginning of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam . Located in the center between the Central Station and the Jordaan. 10 min walk from the C.S. and 5 min to the Jordaan. Lovely modern water villa in the middle of the centre with everything handy. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.
