The house is located in the most beautiful spot in the Netherlands, in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve De Weerribben. Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. In de omgeving kun je prachtig fietsen, wandelen, vogels spotten en kanoën, in Roden is een 9-holes golfbaan.

In a beautiful location in the middle of the woods is our lovely, cozy cottage, suitable for 4 to 5 people. The cottage is located on a small-scale and quiet park. The core values of the park are peace, nature and privacy. So you will find here especially nature lovers and peace seekers. The park has various facilities, such as a reception, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and playground. It is located at the foot of the Lemeler and Archemerberg and about 6 km from the cozy town of Ommen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten, einem großzügigen Eingangsbereich mit Schlafsessel, einem Wohn-und Essraum mit offener, vollausgestatteter Küche (kein Eisfach), sowie einem kleinen Arbeitsbereich. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Bad mit Dusche und das Schlafzimmer mit einem 160 cm breiten Bett.

B&B De Boomgaard is located near the village of Heerde, between the IJssel Valley and Veluwe forests, on the A50 between Apeldoorn and Zwolle. The detached cottage is over 40 m2 and furnished for 2 people, equipped with all the comforts such as underfloor heating with a pellet stove, Wi-Fi, smart TV, combi microwave/oven, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker. For hikers, there are two bicycles available to cycle to the village.

Surrounded by paths with old trees, a farm garden, as well as a meadow orchard, the 15000 m² farm complex is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Nature lovers can watch deer, songbirds, birds of prey, swallows and sometimes storks in the garden. Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.
