Waterfront holiday rentals in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

Am revenit aici pentru a doua oară și cu siguranță nu va fi ultima! Ori de câte ori vom călători în nordul Italiei, cazarea la Alessandro va fi alegerea noastră de suflet. Casa este dotată cu toate facilitățile necesare, perfectă chiar și pentru familii numeroase – noi suntem 2 adulți și 3 copii, iar toți am avut parte de paturi confortabile și odihnitoare. Locația este ideală: poziționată central, aproape de plajă, restaurante și magazine – totul la îndemână, fără a fi nevoie de deplasări lungi. Gazda, Alessandro, este pur și simplu extraordinară. De o discreție și o amabilitate rar întâlnite, mereu atent la detalii – de la băuturile reci care ne așteptau în frigider după un drum lung, până la sfaturile și recomandările oferite cu multă grijă, doar atunci când aveam nevoie. Această cazare a devenit pentru noi un loc drag, familiar, în care vom reveni mereu cu drag. O experiență de 5 stele!

Very clean and bright apartment in a great location.

Perfekte Lage im 8. Stock mit Balkon auf der Meerseite. Die Aussicht ist fabelhaft. Der Lift funktioniert sehr gut. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe, auch ein kleiner Einkaufsladen. Sehr angenehm ist der öffentliche Strand. Ein privater Parkplatz ist gleich neben dem Haus. Der Eigentümer Marco ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage super- fast direkt am Meer. Mit Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter in der unteren Etage war es gut auszuhalten -Ende September. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Grado zu erkunden oder auch weitere Ausflüge nach Triest, aber auch Kroatien zu unternehmen. Einzig das nicht funktionierende Fernsehen hätte ein Problem werden können, wenn das Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre. Dann lieber kein Fernseher angeben. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Ottimo soggiorno, l'alloggio è davvero a due passi dalla spiaggia e il parcheggio in garage è fondamentale! La casa ha tutto ciò che serve ed è molto pulita e in ordine. Si dorme tranquilli

Alloggio strutturato per essere fantastico. Tre camere: 1 matrimoniale (a doghe con materasso nuovo un po' duro!) e 2 con due letti singoli ognuna (brandine a molle). Cucina, salotto grande, bagno forse un po' piccolo se si è in 6 ma a turno ci si organizza, noi in tre perfetto. A completare il tutto una terrazza favolosa!!!, con panorama, vista spiaggia che si utilizza per pranzo, cena, aperitivi, abbronzatura. Uau. Note di servizio. La cassetta di sicurezza chiavi è dietro la porta/cancello d'entrata che è sempre aperta, percui chiuderla e guardarci dietro. Davanti all'immobile si trova un parcheggio linea gialla per sosta temporanea per un confortevole carico e scarico. L'immobile ha un proprio parcheggio riservato. Il Custode sempre disponibile. Nota negativa il "monopolio" di sedute e ombrelloni, occupati dai condomini fissi, dalla mattina alla sera, ma così è, non è colpa di Monica. A pagamento: Telerie e Wi-Fi.

Lovely apartment in the best area of Grado. We felt immediately at home and had a lovely holiday. Communication with Emiliano was great, he was very helpful and responded very quickly to our messages. Definitely recommend Emiliano as host!

The apartment was located on a peaceful street in a quiet building. It was nicely decorated, comfortable and impeccably clean. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, kitchen was equipped for basic cooking and bed was comfortable. The terrace was furnished and huge. There was empty counter space for the traveler's belongings in the living room and bathroom, also there was a vertical coat rack next to the main door. There were heated towel rails in the bathroom as well. There were no unnecessary or broken goods or objects in the apartment. The owners have thought carefully about what the visitors might need. There was good and proactive communication with the owner and all our questions were answered quickly. We drove our rental car to Trieste, Venice and the surrounding areas. We also used the bicycles provided and got to know Grado. We can warmly recommend the apartment and will stay there again if we visit the area. Thank you, Luca!

Nous avons apprécié séjourner chez Paola. La maison est très spacieuse, bien placée à proximité de la mer ainsi que de commerces et restaurants. Le jardin est très grand et agréable. La décoration est soignée (mention spéciale pour le tableau se trouvant dans l’escalier, qui a fait l’unanimité) Paola est très réactive aux messages. Il nous manquait quelques petites choses et elle nous y a amener le lendemain. Elle nous a également conseillé plusieurs adresses sympas dans le coin! Nous avons passé une agréable semaine.

Es ist wie Ankommen bei Freunden. Gemütlich, alles wohl vorbereitet, grosszügig. Bei Freunden würde man nur auf Nachfrage bemängeln, dass einige von uns mit den durchgelegen wirkenden Betten nicht ganz zurecht kam. Das steht dem Wunsch nach einem baldigen Wiedersehen bei den meisten aber nicht im Wege.

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Grado. Kurze Wege zum Meer und zum Hafen. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und die Wohnung war makellos sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Davide war unkompliziert, zügig und sehr freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir waren 4 Personen und die Unterkunft war gut dafür geeignet, es war ein wenig eng aber für den Aufenthalt war das nicht schlimm. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so im Alltag braucht. Die Bedachte Terrasse war super zum Entspannen und den Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Unterkunft war allgemein recht sauber und gut gelegen um zu den diversen anderen Angeboten im Camp zu gelangen. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß und es war auch nie langweilig. Das Camp ist sehr groß und hat auch viel zu bieten, Spielplatz, Restaurant, Schwimmbad mit Kinderbecken und Erwachsenenbecken, Volleyball, Minigolf und div. anderen Aktivitäten. Den Strand fanden wir jetzt nicht so super, da er recht schlammig war und viele Krebse am Ufer waren. Die Gegend hat jedoch in wenigen Autominuten auch noch andere Strände die etwas besser sind.

Villa Sisko is immaculate, looks brand new and is charmingly decorated and kitted out. Lamberto met us upon arrival and gave us a thorough orientation of where we were, and where we could go. Maps of the unit's location with nearby reference points were provided, and detailed information of things to do and places to see were provided. A variety of coffee and cookies were provided, as well as water and juice. There are 2 TVs that provide Netflix as well as other streaming services. The outside space was generous in size and offered a beautiful view as well as a good size table and chairs and sun loungers. The thing that struck us the most was Lamberto's warm and welcoming greeting and the connection we felt.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Christina’s place was absolutely amazing. It is been one of our favorite places we have stayed at, beautiful. Christina was very helpful with any and all questions. Thanks so much, we love Trieste and Christina help make it great.

Es war in jeder Hinsicht der schönste Urlaub, den ich mit meiner Familie verbracht habe. Die Wohnung war komfortabel, sehr sauber und erfüllte alle Bedürfnisse, zusätzlich zu einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Auf dem wunderbaren Markt im Stadtzentrum von Karauli fühlen Sie sich anders und wunderbar. Herr Carlo war wie ein Freund und zögerte nicht, auf jede Anfrage zu antworten, außer ihm eine angemessene Erklärung für jede Anfrage zu geben. Vielen Dank, Herr Carlo

Alles, was man für einen ruhigen Erholungsurlaub in Grado braucht :) Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt ums Eck und mit den Rädern ist man schnell beim nächsten Strand oder in der Altstadt um warme Abende zu genießen! Alles super, danke!

We loved our stay at Paolo’s apartment. It is very spacious, clean, modern, and has everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Trieste. The windows keep it quiet and peaceful. The location is perfect, right next to Unity Square, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Paolo was very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We easily could have stayed longer and we’d definitely stay again.

Für uns von großem Vorteil war, das wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten und der Hundestrand nur 100 Meter entfernt war. Die Stadt Monfalcone ist leider sehr anschaulich- aber die Lage zu Triest / Koper oder Gradow - Venedig gut.

Annalisa und Sandro waren äußerst liebenswerte Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und stets schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön blitzsauber, und hatte eine wunderbare Lage direkt über dem Hafen.
