Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Frogner

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

The communication with the host is very smooth and prompt. The scenery around the accommodation is good, and the amenities are very well equipped. It's near the end of the bus, so transportation is good, and the grocery store is close, so I highly recommend it.

Beautiful place with amazing view of Oslo fjord. I decided to choose this place to enjoy the view and Scandinavian atmosphere of the property with friends. And was quite satisfied. The place is very interesting and cozy, and you can look out the window for hours. The owner of Gard is responsive, with a good sense of humor and went to meet us when we needed it. We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s house in Nittedal! Communication with Victoria was excellent both before and during our vacation. She was very helpful and gave us great tips. The house was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids aged 4 and 9). It was super clean, tidy, and beautifully furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was excellently equipped, the living room very cozy, and the bathroom offered both a shower and a lovely bathtub. The location was ideal: about 30 minutes by rental car to both the airport and the center of Oslo. A sledding hill and the Vallingkollen ski area, where you can rent ski equipment, were only 15 minutes away – we had a great time experiencing the Norwegian winter there. Our kids loved it! We also visited the Technology Museum, the Paradox Museum, and the Natural History Museum with the kids – all three are highly recommended. It was such a relaxing and beautiful vacation. Our family had a great stay at Shezana’s. The trampoline and yard was a highlight for the kids enjoying the longer Norwegian summer nights. The main level was the perfect hub for us all to gather and relax; plenty of seating, large dining table, and plenty of space for the 6 of us. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. The location was also perfect for us, a quick drive to the train into Oslo, Joker grocery store walking distance away, and just a great home base for our adventures.

Would highly recommend! Incredibly friendly host, available for questions and tidy home. Also, the view from the second floor was fairytale. Happy to visit again in the future 🥰

We had a really nice stay at Kaja's place in the Holmenkollen area. The house is large and has a very beautiful kitchen and great upper floor with lots of amenities for kids. The bathroom is fantastic and bedding is great. There is lots to do in the area especially if you are into nature. Also the railway to the city centre is relatively close and there is also a direct bus to the city center super close by. We would come back for sure!

Fantastically nice place. Easy and fast communication

Very beautiful apartment, very well located in relation to Oslo, only 20 min by car. Store just at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is very modern, very clean, and very well equipped. The bedding is also very comfortable, we slept very well. Linn is welcoming and available to help when needed. We highly recommend it! Thank you:)

We had a great stay in Oslo. Lots of helpful advice and lovely location. Really loved the super comfortable bed!

We loved staying at Mathilde’s apartment! There was plenty of space for our family of four. The apartment is super well equipped and oh so stylish. Also, it’s steps from one of the world’s best coffee shops. And Mathilde is a tremendous host. She had tons of great tips on where to eat, what to see, and what to do. Thanks for having us!!

Stay was very nice. A train stop with direct connection to Oslo was easily accessible on foot. Accommodation was very cozy and the host very friendly.

We loved Camilla’s home with its large sitting area and kitchen. The deck off of the kitchen was lovely and we spent part of our evenings there over drinks. We highly recommend!

Loved the place - decorated with so much charm and character. Walking distance from botanical gardens and the Oslo shopping area. Would definitely stay there once more if I visit Oslo in the future

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely cabin in the woods, highlight of our trip! It is an amazing feeling sitting inside with the wood stove on, warm and cozy!

I had a wonderful stay. The house was cosy and had everything you need. Martha has done a great job making the cabin feel homely. I particularly loved the bathtub and the sauna. Martha was a very responsive host and suggested some great hikes that I thoroughly enjoyed. Was sad to leave and would definitely go back. Thank you Martha.

Cozy cottage in a beautiful quiet location near Oslo. It is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Oslofjord. Cottage has everything including washing machine and dryer

We had a great stay in this beautiful house on a wonderful island. It was a bit challenging with 3 kids in the rain, but it was well worth it. The house and grounds are absolutely amazing and it's a great adventure getting there and exploring the island. Thanks to Christian for his help.

Trina was an amazing host from the moment we inquired about the cabin until we left. She is responsive and over the top kind. The cabin is pristine, relaxing, comfortable and has THE MOST amazing views! We can't wait to return.

We were a large family group gathering for our first time in Oslo. The island location is gorgeous and the house is both beautiful and well suited to a family group. Catherine was proactive in getting our groceries delivered so we were comfortable despite no stores on the island. We also had free use of their boat which allowed us to arrange our schedule as we liked. Pacing with our large family group meant accounting for two shuttle trips to get all of us across to the mainland. The 31 bus line was close and frequent for getting us into Oslo. We bought a week pass but no one ever seemed to check the bus ticket. The house itself was well equipped with everything kitchen, fireplace and gorgeous outdoor space. It was a little cool and rainy for the pool but the hanging outdoor bed was a favorite spot to hang out.

The cabin was exactly as we hoped. It was so beautiful, with a lovely view of the water and the forest. We ended up just hanging around the cabin because it was so idyllic, instead of going for walks in the woods. We hope to return.
