Very close to the lake, restaurants and the lake theater. Also close to supermarkets, pharmacies and downtown shops in general. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for up to two people. 21 species of native trees were planted on the plot, which you can walk through.

The house is located on a quiet plot and steps from a private lagoon and a roofed pavilion with children's games.

The house can accommodate 7 people. Located in a villa at the entrance of Frutillar Alto (behind Cruz del Sur bus terminal), but minutes from downtown, supermarkets, and about 5 minutes from the spa.
