The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Just returned from a week in the townhouse. The location is good under a 25 minute walk to restaurants (6000 steps return) Lovely restaurants - we didn’t cook - Blue Collar, Italian,Chinese buffet and Sofias all lovely - try menu of the day at Blue Collar We didn’t rent a car as our friends live on the next street- one place not to be missed is Cartagena a 30 minute drive The accommodation is in a quiet street with great golf course views Very very comfortable bed upstairs and powerful shower- we had a great time and would return

The place was exactly as described. Very clean, very nicely furnished to feel good. Direct access to the beach and sea views. Communication was very easy, friendly and accommodating. We felt very well taken care of and would book this apartment again at any time!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

We had a great family holiday here and could not recommend this place enough! If you have the opportunity to go, please do! The property itself was modern, well kept, clean and beautiful. The pool was clean and relaxing. The host left toys and balls to play with. This was great for kids. The neighbour was undergoing some construction but nothing that interfered with our experience. A short walk away was a beautiful lagoon, gym, play area, crazy golf, basketball court. It was so much fun. The supermarkets were local and the kitchen was great to host lovely dinners/lunch and breakfast. The local town is also worth a visit. The host was friendly and responsive. They were also very helpful. 10/10! Will definitely be back! Thanks very much !

The house is beautiful, everything is very clean and very well maintained. His parents were at our disposal at all times, respecting our privacy and at the same time, making sure that we did not lack anything. A spectacular house, with wonderful people. They took care of details such as: coffee machine with capsules, bottles of water, bed and feeder for our pet.... We will definitely repeat. Thank you 😊

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

The villa is clean, has a great pool, and offered everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is perfect for families with children. The owners are super friendly and helpful during your stay. They are very proactive in providing information, answering questions, and when we faced a small problem they fixed it quickly. Their friendliness contributed a lot to our holiday experience.
