Please feel free to use the spacious living area, the studio space, the rooftop bathroom, the wooden deck, and the garden with a stone oven. [Accommodation fee] This is the fee for the entire house. Up to 6 people can stay for a flat rate. This is a convenient mountain villa located 10 minutes from the Chuo Expressway interchange. However, there are no stations or shops within walking distance, so please be sure to come by car. We recommend coming by your own car or by rental car from Chino Station. In winter, please come with a 4WD vehicle and winter tires. During the cold season, the living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room, and bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating, so you can stay comfortably. You can chop wood yourself and enjoy the wood-burning stove. In the warmer seasons, you can also enjoy a BBQ on the large wooden deck in front of the sun room. There are two large supermarkets within a 10-minute drive, making it easy to get groceries. Including the chic two-bedroom area and the loft above the living room, the house can accommodate up to 6 people. We welcome long stays of 5 nights or more. There is a Yumichi Morning Cafe on site, and if you book at least the day before, you can eat for 1,300 yen (including consumption tax). It is 1,500 yen with a drink. We are closed in winter. Nearby, about 10 minutes by car, there is Mitsui's Forest, Tateshina Country, and Tateshina Tokyu Golf Course. Fujimi Panorama, Royal Hill, and Twin One Ski Resort are about 20 minutes away by car. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Hot springs nearby include Jomon-no-Yu and Shiokama-no-Yu. It is refreshing because of its location at an altitude of 1000 m. The host is always available, so please ask if you have any questions. We moved from the city with our one-year-old daughter in 2020, and we were fascinated by Fujimi-cho and decided to move in 8 weeks.We had a luxurious time in the abundance of nature, and by the time it was eight weeks, we felt like we would "continue to live in this town".We named it "8 weeks" from the desire to have a "stay here". Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
