神奈川唯一の村である清川村にあるドッグラン付きの1棟貸しヴィラです。真横に小鮎川がながれており、滞在中は心地よい川のせせらぎが聞こえます。 フルリノベーションをしたヴィラのリビングとつながった広いテラスからは目の前にひろがる芝生や里山が心地よい空間を作り出しています。 都会の喧噪から離れ、自然の中でインフィニティチェアで星を眺めながらサウナ後の外気浴、BBQは最高のひとときです。テントサウナは煙突に防雨笠がついているため、多少の雨でもサウナをお楽しみいただけます。里山のアロマロウリュ付プライベートサウナを滞在中お好きな時に何度でもお楽しみいただけます。 テラス部分には開閉式のオーニングがあるため、多少の雨でもBBQをテラスでお楽しみいただけます。 連泊して日中にゆったりとサウナやBBQをしながらお過ごしいただくのがおすすめです。 以前有料としていたBBQ、サウナ、ピザ釜、焚火台のご利用はすべて無料対応に変更しました。施設の薪使用も無料です。 近隣には宮ヶ瀬ダム、温泉、オギノパン工場、服部牧場、カフェ、ツリーアドベンチャーなどテレビで頻繁に紹介される人気スポットが多数あります。

2 bedrooms (one in western style, one in Japanese traditional tatami room), a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a restroom, a bathroom with a tub and shower, laundry (with detergent), and a balcony. High speed wifi and a portable wifi kit provided. Perfect for remote work and extended stay is welcome. Guest has a private access to the entire flat on 2nd floor with secure entrance of your own. Host lives on the 3rd floor. Ground floor is a small okonomiyaki restaurant.

The first floor of this 3-story house is a 4-minute walk from Togoshi-koen Station on the Tokyu Oimachi Line.You don't have to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. 1 parking space is available for you to use freely. The house is a 5-min. walk from Togoshi Ginza, 7 min. from Togoshi Subway Station, and close to supermarkets, convenience stores, and parks. A police box is also within sight, so you don't have to worry. The room is not large, but it is just the right size for two people to stay.

Zushi Beach is a 1-minute walk and 60 minutes from Haneda Airport by train. It can also be used as a base for sightseeing in Kamakura and Hayama. The loft has a ４single beds, so families with children or a group of friends can stay together comfortably. Pets are allowed. The main room is the daytime relaxation space, with a sofa and a table. There is an independent shower, bath tab and toilet. There is a kitchen and a refrigerator. Free WIFI, air conditioning but no TV.

Yugawara vacation houseは１組限定の貸別荘で、各部屋からはもちろん、解放感のある２階リビングから見える海の眺望は最高です。 施設がある湯河原町は、神奈川県の西南端に位置し、古くから万葉集にも詠まれた温泉保養地として知られ、多くの著名人や文化人が静養のために訪れました。 首都圏からのアクセスもよく、温暖な気候が特徴で、山と海に囲まれた自然豊かなエリアです。 何でも揃うキッチンで、近くの真鶴港で獲れた新鮮な海の幸や地元の食材を使っ て料理するのもお勧めですが、近隣には飲食店も充実しているため、総菜やお寿司、ピザなどをテイクアウトするのも良し。 家族やパートナー、気の合う仲間や会社の同僚たちと、また、今や家族の一員となった愛犬と共に、楽しく過ごしていただけると嬉しいです。
