I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and always responded quickly, making check-in and check-out super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, pretty close to Truist park where our concert was. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy. A great place to relax after our busy outings!

We had a great time in our short stay in Gregory’s guest home. The home was very clean and cozy. It is the small details that show how much our host wanted us to feel welcome and comfortable. As a group of three girls we felt very safe in this neighborhood. Our host was only a call away or a few feet away. We appreciate the snacks, tea, coffee and filtered water. We especially loved the eggs. The were amazing!!!! The bed was firm and very comfortable. With plenty of blankets to stay warm. I would love to stay here again when back in town.

Sean made things easy — clear communication from initial booking. It was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. I could walk most anywhere I wanted to go. It was a nice atmosphere and would definitely stay there again.

Stacey‘s cottage was just absolutely beautiful! She has done such a wonderful job of making her guests feel at home and a thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back and we’ve already booked our next trip! Great set up for puppy dogs and very thoughtful pet friendly items were provided at the cottage.

Ten minute walk to the restaurants and shops in Decatur. There is also a MARTA station in Decatur, so it is ideal for someone who wants to spend time in downtown Atlanta but not stay overnight in downtown Atlanta. Very comfortable apartment over a garage. Some steps involved in getting there, but this should not be a problem for most people.

This was the perfect location for our needs - close to family, grocery stores, and access to highways. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is very little traffic going by. It was a real pleasure to meet Denise, she is so personable, friendly and responsive. Really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the rain - until the mosquitos arrived. But it is the south and it is summertime so that is to be expected. Thanks for hosting us!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. It was very clean, the hosts texted to make sure we had everything we needed, and the price was amazing. I just hope the next time we are in Atlanta it is in the cooler months so we can enjoy the fire pit because this is definately the place we are going to stay. David’s place is great! The furniture is stylish and comfortable, the kitchen was decently stocked and had what we needed to cook dinner. The space is very clean and welcoming, plus the bathroom floor tile is so cool, lol. David was great with communication and responded to my one question very quickly. The neighborhood is beautiful and conveniently located. Thanks for a great stay. I’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful place, very nice hosts, everything you need for a short stay. Address was a little hard to find because the mailbox was buried in a bush. The stairs into the apartment/basement are very steep so you must be able to use them.

The unit was lovely, very clean, with comfortable bed— we really enjoyed our stay. The area was pastoral and at the same time -there were so many nice restaurants, coffee shops, and other shops within few blocks- which was great. The host was super friendly and kind.

The place was lovely. There is also a food spot thats really good thats close to this location too. Will use Joshua place any time!!!!

Cute, clean studio and pet friendly. We appreciated the enclosed yard for our small dog. Being older and disabled, the two bar stools were not the best for us but I'm sure younger folks wouldn't mind them.

Dora and Hugo were amazing, caring , and friendly. Very responsive and willing to help make me feel comfortable during the stay. Would recommend them and looking forward to future stays .

My husband and & stayed here with our dogs and loved it! The location is within walking distance from a ton of things, and Jacki sent us a bunch of local things to do! The cottage was also stocked with anything you can imagine. Q Tips, makeup wipes, utensils/plates. We forgot a couple of things but she saved us a trip to the convenience store by having everything we needed. Communication was also great, I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response. We and our dogs felt super welcome and my husband and I agreed that we will book again if we find ourselves back! Thank you!!

Steve's place was the perfect weekend getaway. I visited Atlanta to visit my son, who just bought a home. His house was still a wreck and I figured he could have a stay-cation and I didn't want to spend my time moving furniture and unpacking. The loft was exactly as pictured. The garden was beautiful. I enjoyed having coffee and toast out on the deck as the sun came up, listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and chipmunks. Everything was clean, tidy and in working order. High-speed wi-fi and a Smart TV we were able to cast to. And, the water pressure in the shower was great! I'll definitely stay again when I'm in Atlanta...maybe even after my son's home is ready. The neighborhood is amazing, historical and gentrified. Shops, restaurants and groceries all within walking distance. Quick Uber rides to attractions. Thank you!

My husband, senior dog, and I had a quick overnight stay to go to a concert in Atlanta. Quiet, safe neighborhood. If I were traveling alone for business in the Atlanta area, I would feel comfortable staying there by myself. Space was clean. Bed was comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful.

Fantastic, secluded and private spot in a great neighborhood. Loved the chickens roaming in the backyard. Walkable to Virginia Highlands main section of restaurants and bars. Happened to be there for Porchfest which was a lot of fun. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Would stay again.

The property was great. We enjoyed our stay. My cousin who lives nearby will be recommending this place to all family member’s who come to visit her. Thank you so much for letting us stay. It was amazing.
