Enjoy a magical vacation overlooking the ocean just 5 minutes from downtown. Stylish and comfortable apartments have all the amenities. On the roof of the house there is a platform where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view of the center of Funchal and the ocean. In the new year from this point the best view of New Year's fireworks! The center and the beach can be reached: on foot 45 minutes, by bus (stop near the house) or taxi 5-8 minutes. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the house.

The bright kitchen is equipped: oven, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle and coffee machine, toaster. A bottle of Portuguese wine and the fruit on arrival.
