Out of all the air bnbs I stayed in this one was definitely my favorite! I absolutely loved it . It was so nice , spacious , superrrrr clean , quiet neighborhood, close to a lot of restaurants , stores and clubs if you like to hangout . She was so friendly and understanding, responded quickly and was available at any time. She was very detailed with the instructions. House definitely felt like I was at home . The bed was so comfortable. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet . This place is 100000/10 I highly recommend anybody booking.

Andrea's place was perfect! We were in Tallahassee for a convention and the proximity to Florida State was the initial attraction. Once arriving it turned out to be even better than expected. Andrea was a great host, and we could not have asked for anything more. Highly recommended!!

Super Clean! This was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Responsive and polite hosts! This comfortable, spacious home had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. The shower in the primary BR was excellent with great pressure. The covered porch was nice for coffee while our pups were having fun playing in the backyard. It's located in a well kept and safe family neighborhood. Many people were out walking. It didn't take long at all to get to all the great restaurants and shopping. We found nothing negative to review, in fact, we had another couple (also Abnb'ers) come down and spend the night with us, and they were so impressed with the place, they plan to book this great house for their family too. Beautiful home on a lake. Very quiet and peaceful. Allowed us to escape and relax. Saw some colorful sunrises and enjoyed the sound of the water while kicking back on the deck. Extra surprise when we watched a white squirrel play in the trees. This was just the getaway we needed.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and decided to book a home instead of the normal hotel rooms. The home was just what we needed after a long day at the fields; beautiful views, inviting home with everything we needed, and a comfortable peaceful atmosphere that made winding down easy. We will be back next season!

I didn't have any need to communicate with the host, checkin was easy. The place might have been walkable but didnt look appealing to walk. It had everything you need including soap, shampoo, etc which was great. It felt slightly cookie cutter, but overall a good value. Beds were comfortable and thats important.

Kelly was great! She was very proactive, and her place was perfectly located! Easy to get to and steps from the stadium! We were visiting for my daughter's orientation to FSU, so we did not spend much time at the place, but the beds were so comfy, the parking lot was well-lit and the snacks were much appreciated! I had an amazing stay at Marlinda’s place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to where we need it to be and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again (2nd time here ) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
