The house is 3 steps from the beautiful Costa Nova beach, with its typical colorful houses. The apartment has been renovated and is in excellent condition. The market, with fresh fish and seafood, is a 5-minute walk away. The famous chocolate casings of Costa Nova, next to the Ria, are right next door, as well as a wide range of restaurants. The city of Aveiro, with its canals and tourist attractions, is just a 10-minute drive away. It is the perfect place for a great vacation.

Beautiful room, great bathroom and very nice kitchen. Everything is very stylish. The courtyard is quiet and has several seating options, so you can also sit outside. The kitchen was right next to our room and we had it to ourselves as there were no other guests. But the kitchen is also very large, so sharing the kitchen would not be a problem. Dishes are available, cooking ingredients only a few. The bike path runs directly in front of the house, and you can ride your bike to the fantastic beach of Costa Nueva in 10 minutes. Silvia lent us bikes. She is super helpful and gave us great restaurant tips. Great stay in one of the most beautiful corners of Portugal, we will be happy to come back.

Manuel was very welcoming and available to answer all our questions 😊 We really enjoyed our stay in his little studio and would recommend it for a solo traveler or a couple. It is also really well situated, in a nice village with easy access to the beach (a minute walk) 🥰

Hosts are very helpful and responsive. It is a great location for beach activities, quiet time, and fresh seafood. The charcoal bbq was nice to have for cooking items from the local market. There are a few smaller grocery stores that have most of your needs. Lastly, there is a great bike path that extends the lenth of the penisula and into Aviero. The hosts provided 2 adult bikes.
