Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

If you stay in this apartment, all the main points of contact are close by. The apartment is 40m² large. It has 1 sleeping area, 1 shower room and is therefore ideal for holidays alone, as a couple, in family or with a good friend. There is also a fixed parking space at your disposal as well as a cozy balcony. In front of the house you will find an equipped barbecue area . Within walking distance you can reach the beach, train station and shops within 2-3 minutes.

Landhaus Marie

Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, switch off, relax and unwind. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

In our rustic, natural and idyllic garden, there are 2 small bungalow apartments "Sanddorn" and "sunflower", where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a small fishing village on the water. The small apartments can accommodate 2 persons persons and are located on our invisible courtyard. A Finnish wood-burning stove sauna (25€) can also be booked additionally.
